Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

You can settle into the sectional sofa for movie nights on the 65-inch Smart TV or use the queen pull-out bed for flexible sleeping. Large sliding glass doors connect the family room directly to the pool area, filling the space with natural light. A dedicated workspace in a private room with a door offers a quiet spot for remote work when needed.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy prep, with an island that anchors the space and room for everyone to gather. An eat-in dining area sits just steps away, making it simple to move from cooking to dining without missing the conversation.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa offers five bedrooms arranged for comfort and privacy. The first-floor master suite features a king bed and direct access to the pool area, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub, shower, and bidet. Upstairs, the second master suite also includes a king bed and its own bathroom. The remaining bedrooms include a Mickey-themed room with twin beds, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Game room and indoor fun
An air-conditioned game room adds another layer of entertainment, with arcade games, ping pong, pool table, foosball, and board games. A Smart TV makes it a comfortable hangout space for all ages, whether you are winding down after a park day or spending a full evening in.

Outside, a private screened-in pool and spa are available year-round, with optional heating for both the pool and spa for an additional fee.
