The work will be done one pool at a time, so guests will always have access to 2 other full-size pools, 1 children’s pool, and the jacuzzi.

Upon entering this beautiful condo you are greeted with a stunning view of Banderas Bay. The ceiling-to-floor windows and open layout of this 4th-floor condo provide an ample ocean breeze and audible sounds of the waves crashing onto the sand.

The unit is complete with a comfortable king-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, high-speed internet, 2 smart TVs,.....nothing is missing in this space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils to cook and eat.

The living area features a large sectional sofa and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix (guest needs to have an account) and Youtube come preloaded for your enjoyment.

The gem of this condo is the spacious private balcony that features 2 lounge chairs to chill out during the evenings after a day at the beach.

Harbor 171 has the perfect location, it's 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, and only 10 minutes by bus ($0.50 USD) to downtown. Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Malecon (Vallarta's famous boardwalk) in 25 mins. Grocery stores, trendy Versalles restaurants, and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.


Other things to note
Deep cleaning of the gym takes place every Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The gym will be unavailable during this time.

Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.

Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.

Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.

An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
