Stylish living in a historic manor house with a spacious garden and mature trees, surrounded by meadows and fields. The manor house has been owned by the family for 150 years and in 2019 was lovingly restored and refurbished, combined with historic furniture and selected individual pieces. It is particularly suitable for large groups or families who want to perform undisturbed team events or family reunions, or just looking for relaxation or exploring the ancient Roman city of Xanten and the surrounding area. 10-18 people can sleep in 5 bedrooms with 3 high quality bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Description of the meeting rooms:
The spacious kitchen is modern and can accommodate up to 18 people. In addition to the induction cooker and the side-by-side fridge with ice maker, the kitchen has 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Here you can develop the desire to cook together. A salon with adjoining library, a piano and antique furniture with a comfortable sofa area offer sufficient retreat. With us you can spend relaxed time together in a stielvoll, spacious atmosphere. In the entrance area, the original floor of Belgian granite, on the upper floor the massive wooden floorboards, antique wall painting and the original shutters and the old cassette doors were preserved.

Description of the bedrooms:
The five tasteful bedrooms are individually equipped. They feature modern double beds and high quality sofa beds. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.

Description of the bathroom:
All bathrooms were lavishly refurbished and have rain shower, sink and toilet. The bath upstairs with a view of 2 km, invites you to relax.

Description of the outdoor area:
The spacious garden with mature trees offers sufficient rest areas. Garden lighting, and a barbecue under the trees invite you to a cozy evening on the terrace.
