Approximate age of your group members.
Number of guests in your group.
Are you traveling with any children or pets? If so, please specify the number, age, and size of each.
How many single beds would you like? (there is 1 queen + 4 single beds)

Please note: We require this information within a few hours to secure your booking request.

House Rules:

Check-in: After 4:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

Children: We do not accommodate children under the age of 10.

Guests & Visitors:
According to Croatian regulations, all guests must be registered. Please provide a photo of each guest's ID/passport code in advance.
Only registered guests are permitted to enter and use the apartment.

Cleaning: For longer stays, fresh towels and sheets will be provided approximately every 7 days. Please maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.

Prohibited:
Burning candles is strictly prohibited due to fire safety concerns.

Pets:
If you are traveling with a pet, please tell us in advance. An additional small pet fee may apply.

Other:
The host reserves the right to enter the premises in case of an emergency, a breach of these house rules, or to prevent any damage.
Our ductless, split A/C unit is designed for cooling only and not for ventilation. Please use the windows for proper ventilation. A/C is available free of charge only during the hot summer months (late June - August). For use outside of this period, an extra charge will apply.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
