Welcome to our website, our apartment is a pretty, spacious and bright non - smoking apartment for 2 to a maximum of 4 people in the basement (about 45sqm) in a detached family house. The house has a very quiet location with proximity to forest and field. The apartment has a parking space at the house. You have an outside seat with a solid barbecue area. Our lawn can be used for games and sunbathing. Walks or hikes are possible directly from the house into the surroundings.

The living room has a couch, which can be used for extra bed, a TV with satellite connection, radio, a pull-out dining table with four chairs and a wall unit with plenty of storage space. The bedroom has a futon bed with a high firm mattress, a wardrobe and an armchair. Bed linen is available. Dimensions of mattress: 2,00m x 1,40mThe apartment is located in the basement and has a separate access.  The windows are mainly in eastern direction. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, mirror cabinet and toilet; Towels are available. The entire apartment is tempariert with underfloor heating. The outdoor area is always available with table, garden chairs and a solid brick barbecue. In this place, the sun shines in the morning and invites you to a leisurely breakfast.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
