The host was very attentive, but the house itself was a disappointment. It smelled strongly of pets, both inside and out and was in need of cleaning.

Cholla home review

Great location, close to restaurants. Family neighborhood and very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and will choose this location for future trips to the Valley.

Home Base for Fun

Wonderful back yard which our dog enjoyed as we played corn hole and other games. First day walked to the Gilbert water tower to eat a great breakfast at Liberty Market. Well maintained home and hosts were great

Wedding Stay

We stayed here for a wedding. The place was beautiful and close to fun spots. The backyard was big and our pup enjoyed the bowls. Will definitely book if weā€™re in the area again.

Downtown Gilbert Stay

Great location to the Gilbert downtown area. House was nice and clean. I liked the patch of grass for the dogs and it being fenced in. Great communication with the hosts as well! Highly recommend!

Convenient base with pets!

We needed a house with a fenced yard for our two little Shih Tzus while we were in the area visiting our son and his family. We had several family members come and go and this was quite convenient. The washer and dryer was great. Off street covered parking was handy. We appreciated the coffee and amenities like soaps, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent to get us started.

Girls weekend in Gilbert

Lovely ranch home for stay near downtown Gilbert.House well stocked with everything you need for great stay. Backyard was private and fun with games and grill. Owners thought of everything you might need. They were clear in their information and responded promptly to questions. Great spot. Highly recommend! 10/10

Comfortable and Convenient

We wanted to stay near our sons home. This property was less than 5 minutes away. We spent most of our time at our sonā€™s home, but it was nice to have a place to stay that was more homelike than a hotel. Covered parking was a plus.

Comfy house for family and dog

We needed a place to stay while our house was being renovated. This house was a perfect setup for our two young daughter and our dog. The location is walking distance to Gilbert. Itā€™s furnished comfy and clean. Ryan was extremely responsive and eager to help with anything we needed. Great stay.

Pleasant Stay in Gilbert, AZ

In March, 2024 my husband and a friend of ours attended a wedding in Gilbert, Arizona. The property was very clean and comfortable. It has a large back yard that is well kept. The neighborhood was especially quiet. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone who might be in the area.

Great Home

We stayed two nights with our elderly parents to attend a family wedding. The home was updated, clean, and nicely furnished. Although we did not use it, the backyard was extremely nice and good for kids and/or a dog. Close to downtown and shopping. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions, extremely nice, and the check in/out policies were easily communicated. Great stay away from home.

Highly recommend staying at The Cholla Home!

Our family are repeat guests at the Cholla house and our time there never disappoints! Our dogs really enjoy the turf in the back yard. Lots of shade under the patio throughout the day. Home is always clean and inviting. Coffe bar is a bonus to start your day. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities close by - great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely choose to stay at Cholla for future visits to the area.

Super cute and comfy home in great location

My husband and I (and our dog) stayed for a month and had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our guests with three bedrooms. The backyard was HUGE with games and fully enclosed so we could just let our dog out to roam. We could sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or sit at the table in the kitchen with the door open to enjoy the great weather. The house was walking distance from downtown Gilbert which had amazing restaurants. We had an incredible month and will return next year! Gina and Ryan were great at communicating and even brought over a fire pit. They also provided great recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Oasis

Gina and Ryan were perfect hosts...great with communications. We had the information we needed for check in in a timely manner and they were very quick to respond to our questions or needs. The house was very clean and well arranged for the four of us and our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for Ginger to roam around in. It was relaxing to have enough bedrooms that we had privacy and a place to retreat when tired and to not bother others. We had a lot of fun playing the oversized Connect Four game and Cornhole. The neighborhood was quiet. We were happy with the accommodations and would stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Gina and Ryan.

Beautiful property w/ great location

I just returned from my first trip to Phoenix. Overall, I am glad I booked this property. It was clean, well stocked, and was an ideal home base for my trip. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were supplied with towels and extra toiletries, just in case. I didn't use the kitchen during my stay, but just from what I saw, it had everything you might need. The coffee bar was a great plus. I enjoyed it's location; it was an easy drive to the airport and downtown Gilbert was a treat. There were more than enough grocery, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was nice to enjoy some sunshine. Special shout out to the property owners - they did an outstanding job with this home. It was clear they put a lot of thought and care into their property. They were always super quick to communicate with me anytime I messaged with a question. They were kind and understanding when my travel plans changed. All in all, I'd highly recommend this home!

Fantastic!!

We had a great stay. I didnā€™t really get to be there as I was hospitalized, but because I was in the hospital and my husband was deployed, the owners were SO SO kind enough to let us extend my stay with my friend so she could help me with my dogs till my husband could come back and for me to get out of the hospital. I couldnā€™t of been more appreciative and they have a beautiful home that you will find comfort in.

Comfy and worth it

These home owners definitely put their all into this house and experience. It was also very comfortable. We really appreciated knowing they communicate and respond timely and with such care, great people.I personally appreciated that our ESA dogs were welcomed and not charged extra for them either. We highly recommend this stay and would love to go back given the opportunity. Thanks again Ryan and Gina.
