A brand new modern farmhouse with Blue Ridge Mountain and meadow views. Enjoy the 2+ story great room with windows and natural light galore, wooden beams, loft and an open floor plan for you to relax in. Located in the heart of Route 151/Brew Ridge Trail, our home is minutes from numerous wineries, breweries, restaurants, the Appalachian Trail, Wintergreen, etc. You name it and we're close to it! We hope you enjoy our beautifully finished new home. Completed in June 2022 and powered by solar panels.

The Girls Weekend

Beautiful home with gorgeous Mountain views. The surrounding Afton area has wonderful vineyards. The Blue Ridge Parkway is not too far to experience some great hiking trails, too! Just a fabulous trip!

Great Mountain Getaway

Enjoyed the clean house, beautiful mountain vistas and fresh air. Easy drive to Wintergreen for skiing. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful house, great location

The house is immaculate and airy, with light and views from every window. From its quiet hilltop location there’s access to vineyards, brewpubs and wonderful hiking. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Very highly recommended!

Woodsy Treasure

Adorable modern farmhouse & property. Enjoyed our stay. Great spot on front deck for sunrise or sitting out at night enjoying the moonlight. Superb on being clean. The location was absolutely convenient to all the breweries ,distilleries ,wineries, blue ridge tunnel, blue ridge parkway & more ! We enjoyed our stay and will be back

Beautiful home with stunning mountain views

We had a wonderful weekend of wine tasting and antiquing in Afton and enjoyed staying in this beautiful, spacious home. The views are amazing and the house is comfortable (including the beds) and tastefully furnished. It was convenient to have the en suite bathrooms adjoining the main bedrooms; allowed for space and privacy. The outdoor seating area is a nice spot for taking in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Highly recommend!

A Jewel near the Parkways

We would highly recommend this jewel of a home, near both Blue Ridge Parkway and Shenandoah NP. Attracted to its newness and placement on a hill proved a great choice for our annual spring time escape week. We chose it over other types of accommodations to allow us to prep and cook our own food (eat healthy) and save on restaurant costs, only eating out 3 times over the 7 night stay. The home was very peaceful and restful, often not leaving to explore local cities until late morning. And then ending our evenings watching the sunset along the Blue Ridge mountains, then watching the moon rise from the second level of the rental. With spectacular views this week!

Don’t Miss this House!

This house is exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and everything is new. Even the smell when you enter the master bedroom is perfect. We dropped our daughter off at UVA and drove 30 minutes to this house. It is quiet, has everything we needed, even a cheese grater. We used the grill outside which is brand new. We loved sitting on the porch near dusk so we could enjoy the scenic overlook and the deer that frequent the area. The property is close to area wineries and breweries. WiFi worked great, which allowed me to work remotely with ease. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful stay in Afton

Perfect place to stay in Afton with a stunning view. Our family was very comfortable, the home was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to staying there our next trip!
