Welcome to our lovely Villa BRANDINCHI, located in the exclusive private residence “Punta Molara” overlooking Tavolara and Molara islands.
Situated in the natural bay of San Teodoro on the north coast of Sardinia, just 20 minutes driving south from Olbia airport, the “Punta Molara” area is the perfect location to enjoy some of the most beautiful crystal-blue water and white-sand Sardinian beaches. Come and enjoy one of the most exclusive areas and stunning panoramas in the Mediterranean Sea!
The villa, surrounded by a large private heated pool and flowery garden, is divided into 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, spacious living room, 4 bathrooms, and a gorgeous large patio where you will enjoy dining outside and relaxing in the midst of nature. All rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with wi-fi. The villa is divided into two separate floors, as follows.
The upper floor includes:
● Panoramic patio overlooking Tavolara island, with a 10-seater dining table, and a large comfortable outdoor living area;
● Spacious indoor living room with 8-seater dining table, large and comfortable 5-seat sofa, equipped with air conditioning, 43-inch TV with domestic and international channels, and large serving bar cabinet with dinnerware and glassware sets;
● Modern kitchen fully equipped with professional appliances, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, induction stove, electric oven, garbage disposal, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal;
● Large master bedroom with sea view, equipped with king-size bed, air conditioning and spacious wardrobe;
● Private full bathroom equipped with shower, hair dryer and washing machine, accessible from the master bedroom;
● Second bedroom with view on the flowery rear garden, equipped with king-size bed, air conditioning and spacious wardrobe;
● Second full bathroom equipped with large shower and hair dryer.
The lower floor includes:
● Large third bedroom facing a flowery lower-level patio, equipped with king-size bed, air conditioning and spacious wardrobe;
● Spacious fourth bedroom facing a flowery lower-level patio, equipped with a king-size bed (convertible into a 2 twin beds), air conditioning and large wardrobe;
● Sitting room equipped with library, 2 comfortable couches, coffee table, and modern mini fridge.
● Third and Fourth full bathrooms equipped with large shower and hair dryer.
Outside, the villa is further enhanced by a splendid private heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) lined with sun loungers and an inviting Italian-style private garden full of fragrant plants and flowers: the perfect location to relax and sunbathe undisturbed while enjoying the quiet of nature. The pool, L-shaped, reproduces the “beach experience” with a shallow seabed entrance, ideal for families with children (max depth 1.4m) and still perfect for swimming lovers. Hydromassage and a sun lounger built in the water perfectly make it the ideal place for everyone to relax. Along the pool, is an outdoor heated shower.
Characterized by luxurious real estate units surrounded by nature, the “Punta Molara” residential complex is equipped with a tennis court, a soccer field, and a pier dedicated to residents offering the possibility of mooring with a buoy. Finally, the villa has a private entrance and large parking spaces available.
To be paid at arrival:
● Electricity (including air conditioning): €25 per day
● Deposit: €300 to be collected in cash on site at the beginning of the stay and released before departure, pending any damage to the property
Extra Services – On Request Only:
The following services are not included in the rental, are on request only and to be paid in cash on site:
● Bath towels and bedsheets: €25 per person
● High chair: €15/day
● Travel crib: €25/day
● Extra bed: €50/day
● Pool heating must be requested at least 2 days before arrival. Euro 50 per day charge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
