Summerchase is awesome with plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great Stay! Recommend!

Clean and spacious with great views. New Coastal restaurant/bar next door was super convenient for beachside lunch/dining. Easy beach access. Outdoor pool is on the smaller side, but is shaded late afternoon. Wait for elevators wasn't bad. Would def book again.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Beautiful condo, awesome location at the end of the building, big balcony! No large condos on either side of Summerchase so the beach wasn’t crowded. Pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on! The kids room was perfect for our 5! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

We truly loved our stay here. It was super clean and had everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent, close enough to everything but the beach was not at all crowded. We will 100% stay here again! A couple items to note - the balcony door is really hard to open/close, could use some work. Also, there was some confusion regarding where beach gear could be kept and it not being brought into the condo due to notices posted in the lobby and elevator. This is no fault of the condo owners and but future guests should make sure they have a correct understanding to avoid any confusion. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely condo!

LOVE Summerchase, Not this property

We LOVE Summerchase condominium!! The location is absolutely perfect with a basically private beach that has easy access, centrally located in Orange Beach, the option of a pool, and the close direct view of the ocean from the condos. These are the reasons we wanted to stay again at Summerchase condos and plan to stay at Summerchase every time. The first 48 hours were spent dealing with issues at the property. As hosts we understand things occur, however, we had 7 things in 24 hours that presented. There were more things that need dealt with but 7 that actually impacted our functioning and staying for the week. This caused unnecessary stress for what should have been a relaxing vacation. Not to mention the amount of money we spent for the week. Beach Getaways did respond and take care of these within 48 hours of our arrival but 3 of them really weren’t actually fixed and will continue to cause guests problems. I cannot imagine the owners have been onsite to this property in well over a year, likely longer. I don’t know what agreements are made between owners and the management companies as we manage and live near our properties but it seems rather apparent regular maintenance, deep cleaning, and care is not given to this property. I highly recommend staying at Summerchase condominiums, just not this property unless something drastic changes.

Overall, good

I will say the location was great! Having a condo on the end with no building blocking the view was wonderful. This is an older condo that you can tell work has been put into making updates…but we did have a few issues that we sent to property manager not with the expectation of having the issues fixed while we were there since we booked a short trip and didn’t want to work around people in our condo but in hopes for the next family that stays the can get it all worked out. -at least 4 plug covers were removed -outside door was overly difficult to open. We stay at the beach yearly we get doors need to be heavy duty due to conditions and get salt/air, all the factors but if you’re elderly, you’re not going to get that door open, my husband had to open it most of the time. -master tv didn’t come on -master closet light out -kitchen lights may or may not come on -oven took FOREVER to heat up -ice maker froze up -I wore socks around the condo the first night and by the end of the night I threw them away they were filthy, so could definitely use a good floor/carpet cleaning. This all being said, there were paint cans and boxes of tiles in the condo, one of the walls was even mismatched in paint so going to give benefit of the doubt and say they are working on it. The view was great, the staff on site was friendly. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, the short walk to the beach was awesome. Overall would stay again but would really hope a little TLC goes into it
