Our little paradise is located in the beautiful WindMark Community between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. My family of 5 fell in love with this little hidden gem for so many things!! The beautiful and quiet beaches (morning walks are the best), the sweetest community that just makes you want to ride a bike and wave hello! We love the quaint little downtown village. Our favorite is eating dinner at Brunos pizza, grabbing some coffee at Sunrise Cafe and walking down one of the many boardwalks to the beach to watch the sunset! We have some beautiful sunsets!!

And then there is our home! We love cozy and peaceful, so that is what we strive to create! We are on the closest street to the beach and 5 houses away from the WindMark North pool and Boardwalk to Beach. (1 minute walk to Pool/ 5 minute walk to beach)

WINDMARK VILLAGE and heated POOL is a 10 min golf cart ride.

Great place to stay with large families! The house is open and spacious which our kids loved. We loved having all of the beach gear already there and the golf cart made it really easy to get to and from the beach. The owner was very easy to get in touch with when we had an internet issue and is very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely beach home in Windmark North with easy access to beach and pool. Kitchen had everything we needed for a one week stay, beach equipment and golf cart were great! Fun taking the golf cart down to Mill for happy hour and mahjong. Hosts were easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.

Spacious and squeaky clean! Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor seating area. We enjoyed tooling around on the golf cart! Nice neighborhood to bike in and love the beach as well as the pool area. Would definitely book again!

Great place I would recommend to families with 8 or 9 people. Pools were nice and the golf card was fun too. Restaurants in Port St Joe have excellent sea food!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed. It was nice to have coffee supplied, especially traveling on Christmas Day when stores were closed. The golf cart was fun, and a convenient way to get around. Having all the beach gear, towels, and toys was awesome even though we only used them a few times. The weather was a little on the chilly side towards the end of our trip, but we made the most of it. We went up to PCB to shop, then to St. George Island, and to Apalachicola. We made some beautiful memories and we will be back. The area was just what we were looking for!

We had an absolutely amazing time! This location is truly a hidden gem. Between the pools (one of which is heated), beautiful beaches, golf cart, and bikes we always had plenty to do and explore. We experienced some great shelling, especially at Crooked Island Beach (you do need to purchase a permit). We also really enjoyed the sheer beauty and wildlife of T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. The opportunities to explore are endless. Mexico Beach had some of the most exquisite sunsets. The local restaurants were excellent, our favorite being Shipwreck Raw Bar. The host of this home is very kind and responsive. They met all our needs and answered our questions as they came. The house was lovely and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was one of our favorite family vacations, filled with great memories that we will always cherish.

We stayed here two years ago and had the absolute BEST VACATION ever! The house was pristine!! Everything was perfect! The bikes were all functioning, there were no complaints about the interior etc.. This year however, not so much. I was very disappointed. We paid so much money and did not get what we had hoped for. The kitchen sink was falling apart (completely dismantled from the counter), mold allover the washer door and in the rubber seal around it, out of the 6 bikes -only 2 were functioning… Aside from this, Tanitha tried her best to make it right. She did send someone out to assess the broken sink and fix the bikes. However, the sink never got fixed, the bikes were not fixed until the day before we left (stayed a week), the mold was never addressed on the washer, and she did replace the water hose that was missing on arrival. I know that the host tried their best to rectify the issues but we were still disappointed with the quality of the house and the amenities (or lack there of) for the cost. Not worth the money. If the house was about 200.00 cheaper per night then yes we would return but not again for the atrocious amount we paid for what we got.

Jenna, I am truly so sorry that you were disappointed in your stay! I find so much joy in hosting people well, so I am genuinely sad as well! My goal is for every stay to be just perfect and I apologzie that it was not the case for you! We were also excited to host you and your family again. That is why we gave you a discount on one of our buisiest weeks of the year, and a free extra early check in! We were happy to provide the extra things you requested, such as delivering a new dust pan, and a garden hose, and special sunscreen you had delivered to our cleaners house. Our handyman even came on fathers day to check out the faucet on the sink. When he verified it could not be reparied, we had a new one overnighted to him! I do appreciate you recognizing that I was doing my best to make things right. Thank you for making us aware, so we could work to get things replaced and fixed!! Sadly, I feel as though your review was based on the things that were outside of my control, like how quickly the handyman could get to the house to do the actual repairs. We love hosting and will keep working hard at making a beautiful space for families to create amazing memories. And when something unexpected happens, we will continue to…. as you mentioned… do our absolute best to make things right!

We LOVE Family and Fun and Adventures! We are a family of 5 from the beautiful yet rather cold and snowy state of Colorado. Once upon a summer we decided to go find the heat which led us on an adventure to Florida! Of course we started out at Disney World and Orlando and had an absolute blast. We thought that was the best until we stumbled upon the Forgotten Coast! Although our family loves a good adventure, and the magic of Peter Pan, we have fallen in love with this secret little space that has its own kind of beautiful magic.

Windmark is just the neatest community inside of Gulf County. With amazing resort style pools and boardwalks to the best NOT CROWDED beach, and Brunos pizza which is amazing, and a fun little mainstreet, and the sweetest neighbors who truly want you there....what more could you want? Except that you are also in the hub of Gulf County just minutes away from all kinds of fun activities, like Reid street in downtown Port St. Joe, or Mexico Beach and its cute little food trucks.

We love cozy! We love to feel like we are home even when it is not our home. Ya know like when you just wish you had your cozy blanket while you watch a movie and poof...there one is right there beside you. Our family has always loved to host and I have no doubt you will feel hosted in our space that we put together with you In mind. We want you to be our guest! ALSO THE BEACH! We love beaches but they are always so crowded and these beaches are so peaceful and there is space!
