We are sure you will feel very comfortable in the apartment. Our concern is to enable you a holiday from the beginning! Everything is thought of: beloved standards, comfort, wellness, luxury and upscale amenities, nestled in a state-of-the-art new building with state-of-the-art technology. This ambience is only about 5 minutes walk from the impressive North Sea beach in Cuxhaven - an effective experience that you should treat yourself! We look forward to seeing you - you are welcome to enjoy our apartment!

Floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light are just as much a highlight of this bright 69 m² new apartment with Wi-Fi, such as a private sauna and a balcony with fantastic views of the forest, horse meadow and nature.

The high quality fully equipped kitchen including electric grill, a cozy living area, incl. Wall-mounted TV, Bluetooth music system and BluRay player and the modern dining area leave nothing to be desired. From the spacious living / dining area you have access to the balcony with 4 seats (2 of them with reclining function).

The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed, Plisses on the floor-deep double window, an optional baby cot and wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom (children's room) has a bunk bed, plisses by the window, desk and also a wall mounted TV with PS4 game console. This gives you a total of 4 comfortable sleeping places and optionally a workstation.


Within walking distance is the promenade with lake views, restaurants and cafes, as well as the beach of Sahlenburg. Likewise, the Waldfreibad and the Wernerwald are for extended walks on the doorstep. Interesting insights into the world natural heritage can be found in the Wattenmeer visitor center in the immediate vicinity.
By bike you reach the dike along in just 15 minutes, the amenities of Cuxhaven-Duhnen. Until the Kugelbake in Cuxhaven, the gateway to the world, you need about 30 minutes by bike. Marvel at the world's busiest shipping route from here!

Excursion destinations, such as the city of Cuxhaven with port facilities or a climbing park are in the vicinity and are easily accessible. Especially popular with holidaymakers in Sahlenburg are the horse wagon trips to the Neuwerk island and guided mudflats walks. Whether for transport or for your children to visit the beach, our wagon will certainly be a faithful helper, for example for the transport of luggage from the underground car park to the apartment. Optionally you can also use our 2 rental bicycles for a flat rate - the lock code will be sent to you after receipt of payment via SMS. A free bicycle storage is available.
