Are you ready to experience the luxury of a five-star Las Vegas condo hotel? If so, then relax in the MGM Signature's perfect taste of elegance that offers everything you are looking for. This Studio Suite has high-end amenities that will dazzle your senses.

With a total of 550 sq feet, this Deluxe Suite has a kitchenette with microwave, stove-top, and refrigerator. The restroom includes a spacious marble whirlpool spa tub and separate glass enclosed shower. And a king size bed features luxurious linens. Flat screen TV's, a comfortable sitting area, CD/DVD players, and an iHome clock radio combine to make you feel right at home. And a queen sized sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for additional guests.

The private gated entrance adds an extra level of sophistication and security. Courteous valet staff also await to provide you with complimentary parking and assist with your luggage. The Signature has its own Front Desk separate from the MGM Grand allowing guests to spend more time enjoying Las Vegas and less time waiting in line. The concierge and bell staff will dazzle you with their friendly advice and knowledge of fabulous Las Vegas.

You will also be able to enjoy the three pools at The Signature or walk over to the MGM Grand and delight in their 6 acres of pools, including a lazy river.

The room was not the room pictured in the reservation (it shows an updated room). The room we received was an older non updated room and very run down with several things were broken and damaged. There were several big stains on the carpet. The shelves were broken in the refrigerator. There was only one regular size glass and one small glass to drink from and there were missing forks and spoons. There was supposed to be kitchen supplies for service of four. There was one small roll of toilet paper for a four night/four-person reservation (yikes). The lamp on the right side of the bed was totally broken, and the radio/clock was very old made for an MP 3 player. To top it off my reservation was not set up right and we could not check in until were able to contact the host to fix it. When I checked the reviews before booking it was rated high, and I cannot see how unless they give out other rooms instead of this old run down dirty one. Very disappointed.

Never heard from this guest once she was checked in. If something was broken, we have a top-notch engineering team at this property, and they are available 24/7 to fix anything and everything. Our housekeeping team is also a great group of people and they are available daily if the guests need anything. And they keep all the kitchen items on a cart, if the Suite is short on anything they come in and restock any items that are missing. And extra toilet paper and towels are stored under the sink in the Bath. And if the guests run out of anything, housekeeping is happy to deliver! Not sure why Cheryl did not reach out to us. We have someone available 24/7 for all our guests. But we cannot help, if we do not know!

Yes to all, however attention to detail would go a looong way in relieving aggravation for a small cost. i.e. decent size soap - had to purchase second day! Better quality bathroom toilet tissue, larger trash cans especially for kitchen and a place to dump trash, more than 2 forks for a unit that sleeps 4, adequate hangers.

More hangers were promptly delivered at the guest request. It was odd that her stay was half over before she needed the hangers and then demanded immediately. I have never had "emergency hanger delivery" before. The trash for the kitchenette is stored under the sink. The trash can is as large as allowed by the limited space. I doubt other guests would want a huge trash can sitting out in the main living area of the Studio. Housekeeping can remove any trash and have a trash chute on every floor. Guest was told this upon arrival and several times during her stay.

Very Nice Condo and Resort

Spent a nice weekend going to The Sphere. Able to walk to restaurants and activities along the strip without issueRoom and bathroom clean, towels white and fluffy, mattress was comfortable Will stay here again

Great Location for Trade Shows

I have stayed at several VRBO locations at the MGM Signature, and things stand out when they are done right. This one stands out. Very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again.

The room was a bit outdated, shower was moldy, the place could’ve been cleaner (food splatter under the bar/chair area) and the bed was terrible. The service is excellent and generally the place is worth the price.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the Strip but value quiet and solitude. It is a short walk to MGM and the central Strip but is separated enough to provide peace and quiet. Rooms are clean, quiet, cool and comfortable.

The unit was exactly as shown. What was outstanding was the communication and responsiveness of the property manager. Even when we made a request through the website on a Sunday afternoon, we received a reply with an hour and positive resolution to our request.

The place has minimal cookware, no trash bags, limited toiletries. Not enough of anything for three ppl for three days.

This guest should have reached out to us if she needed ANYTHING. We did not hear a peep out of her during her stay. Housekeeping is on property daily and happy to deliver anything that is missing or that was overlooked. If I were going to cook or dine in the Suite I highly recommend the larger 1 BR Suite at this property. It has a full kitchen with full size appliances and more cabinets and kitchen supplies. The Studios are great for a light breakfast, microwaving leftovers or pizza or snacks and drinks. Both floor plans sleep up to four, but we always recommend the larger Suite for 3 - 4 guests. And the Studio for 1 - 2 guests. Just a FYI for those considering The Signature and plan on cooking during your stay! Hope this info helps!
