3 bedroom condo close to Lewes

This 2nd floor 3 bedroom condominium is located in the amenity filled Villages of Five Points Community with access to tennis courts, swimming pools, walking trails and easy access to the Rehoboth/Lewes/Georgetown bike path.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Loved everything about it, family of five were comfortable loved that it was walking distance from a few food places. Loved the decor. Do agree with someone else that 4 chairs at the dining room table was not enough. Great location between Rehoboth and the state park. Also, there is a pretty hefty set of stairs outside to get in to the apartment so only good for people who can handle that. We would stay there again.

Close to town and beaches. Getting the clothes dryer started was an issue but very minor for us.

Great trip

Great location near grocery store, bike path, and restaurants and bakeries. Rooms were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The third bedroom was very small, with a trundle bed, but it worked for us. The location is on the second floor with no elevator and there was always plenty of parking.

weekend getaway

Condo was nicer then expected. Very clean and cute shops in the complex. Short drive to the Lewes beach or State Park.

Amazing space

This was an amazing place. We primarily went to Rehoboth Beach which was about a 20 minute drive. The pool was perfect for the kids. Had a couple of hick-ups but the property manager had everything fixed quickly. All in all would suggest this space to anyone.

Great Property!

Great Place, very spacious, clean and updated. The amenities like the pool and bike trails are great. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. I found the management company to be very helpful and nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Condo for Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo to meet up with my son, his wife and our 2 grandkids, 5 and 4 years old. It was a great spot we were able to rent for just a few days. Living, dining and kitchen area were all spacious and well-equipped, and 3 beds/2 baths met our needs. It's close to restaurants, pool, and groceries without getting into major beach traffic which was convenient. It felt new and well-maintained, with the only thing missing for us was an outdoor area (balcony, yard, playspace) for the kids. Parking was convenient, and it was well-equipped with beach chairs and umbrella. We had a short drive to Lewes Beach which was not crowded during the week before the 4th of July, and the ocean was calm enough for the little ones to feel comfortable going into the ocean. The pool was a nice amenity to take advantage after some beach time in the morning.

Very clean, lots of room - comfortable beds and pillows

The property is excellent with two little problems: It is second floor with no elevators,so moving luggage in and out is a pain, and the toilets are very low - not great for seniors. The village has most of what you might need- excellent lunch place, grocery store and more. We would stay there again, but on the first floor.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with our stay, however, when we first arrived A few items concerned me regarding cleanliness.The master bath shower had small black hairs on the floor and walls of the shower. Was the bathroom and shower really cleaned by the cleaning company?The master bedroom, we took of the comforter to make the bed and found black hairs at the head of the bed and dirt at the foot of the bed on the mattress pad. Should this be checked by the cleaning company going forward.A few findings/ recommendations: the master bathroom light fixture over the sink had a broken light bulb stuck on the fixture with an exposed filament, the master bath shower doors do not close properly with openings starting halfway up (appears the shower was not installed appropriately) which allows water to splash out onto the floor.The front door weather stripping appears to need resealed as it is loose and hanging out the front door.

Nice. Comfortable. Light from parking lot hindered sleep. Will rent directly with an owner next time

Real Estate broker hard to get a hold of. I've done vrbo before where I rented directly through the owner and wouldn't go through a realtor again. The place was lovely though. Very clean and pleasant

Nice and updated condo

Our stay was great. The condo is very updated and clean! My only suggestion would be to indicate the twin beds as trundles. We were excited a normal size bedroom with twin beds. However, it all worked out and we had a nice time!
