(Comfortably sleeps a party of 2. We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance. The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.)

This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!

Unit #160 is ground level and four units from Waipouli Beach (approximately 30 paces) to the ocean, but without paying for oceanfront! Come and explore the gorgeous Garden Isle of Kaua'i in Kapa'a on the Coconut Coast. Here time slips away while you watch the coconut trees sway in the refreshing trade winds!

160 for your convenience includes: High efficiency Fujitsu A/C; free Wireless Internet (WiFi); 50" Flat-screen LED Smart TV; towels (both regular and beach); all necessary kitchenware including silverware and glassware; microwave; mini fridge with separate freezer door (and there are two ice machines on property); electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs to enjoy.

160 in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. You have the opportunity to relax in a resort-like setting with a beautiful, beachfront location while you to soak up the Hawaiian sun.

We offer free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.

Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

* All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email and must be processed through the same platform where the reservation was made.
* We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

Issue with door lock

Enjoyed it immensely. Location, view and accessibility all very good. Only issue was with the lock box for the key. The lockbox seems old and rusty and couldn’t get it open. Called the number and she was very helpful. Gave us the code to the housekeeper keys and that is how we got in. Just a suggestion but maybe it is time to upgrade the door lock to a combination. ( also there was no ice bucket)

The room is just lovely. You can't beat the beautiful ocean views from the outdoor Lanai. The AC works amazing and the cable and Wi-Fi were excellent as well. The sofa is very comfortable and there is a lot of storage. Be sure to note there are drawers underneath the bed for additional storage. The bathroom has great water pressure in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels too. The mini fridge and freezer was just the right size and the wine opener, plates and utensils came in handy. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I left a pair of pants that they are working to return to me. Overall, it was a fabulous stay and great value. I would definitely stay again. There are a couple of things that I think would have improved our stay such as better pillows and better curtains. The curtains are very sheer and you can almost see through them and it's very bright, very early as a result. I also would love to see a shower hose for us ladies and it makes it easier for cleaning. The soap that was provided was eco-friendly but I didn't care for it. Of course this is a VRBO so we brought our own and that was just fine. The instructions were very clear on everything and the property is fantastic. It's very quiet and it's very well kept. We weren't sure if the bar was a service bar or not based on the pictures but to our delight the bar was open from 3:00 to 9:00 daily and Mark, the bartender, was great.
