Our home is on a half-acre lot in a peaceful, quiet country setting.  We are only 15 minutes from Downtown Sacramento and 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Furthermore, please note that our outdoor areas are subject to natural environmental factors, which may attract insects and affect the condition of outdoor furniture. Despite regular maintenance, natural weather conditions can cause unavoidable wear and tear to outdoor elements.

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. We encourage you to focus on the amenities, location, and cleanliness that our home has to offer.

Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the front door. The device records audio and video 24/7.
Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
