We would like to clarify that the shared space/efficiency is clearly mentioned in the listing description so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Regarding parking, there are up to five available spots, which are also outlined in the listing: one inside the garage (on the right-hand side), one on the right side of the driveway, and three additional spaces in front of the property near the grass area. It is not limited to just one space. As for communication, our phone number is always available for direct contact. While we did receive messages, we did not receive a phone call, and we are always happy to assist guests promptly when contacted directly. Regarding cleanliness, we take this very seriously and will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it meets our standards moving forward. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the pool and appreciate you staying with us.

I appreciate your feedback, and I will work hard to make my short term rental better for future guests. I wish I could knew all of this so I could make it better for you, however, the only thing I remember you telling me was the batteries in the control and I told you where they were. I apologize for any inconvenience.
