Summary:

"Going Coastal" is an adorable oceanfront condo that sleeps four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom for a comfortable stay. Beach access is just a block away with a private entry. Enjoy the game room on site. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies. The fireplace is currently non-functional.



The Space:

"Going Coastal" is an adorable ocean-view condo that sleeps four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom for a comfortable stay. This unit is perfect for cooking to your heart's desire with its fully stocked kitchen or relaxing and enjoying an amazing sunset over the ocean views in its private balcony.



Beach access is just a block away! Enjoy the indoor swimming pool and game room on site. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies.



Please note: The fireplace is currently non-functional.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the owner thought of a lot of little details, especially for your pets travelling with you.The beach access was incredibly convenient!The location itself is right in the middle of town, so you don’t have to travel far to get to stores, restaurants, etc.The hosts were very accommodating and responded to my questions in a timely manner, and were very kind and helpful.The only suggestion/ improvement I would make is to put blackout curtains in the bedroom. The window faces a brightly lit walkway, so at night it wasn’t as dark as I prefer it, but I’m sure others prefer it a little on the lighter side!Will definitely book again for the next time!

They were doing maintenance on the property while I was there. So a lot of banging during the day was happening. I wanted 2 beds and only had one with a hide a bed. We were there 6 days. We were supplied with 1 full roll of toilet paper and a half a roll. The maintenance crew were vey nice and helpful. Had a key code to get in, called the help line . Had to wait 15 till could access the room and a maintenance man explained how to make the door open.

The listing accurately reflects the accommodations, including the primary bed and sleeper sofa, but we understand that individual preferences for sleeping arrangements can vary. Regarding the starter supplies, we provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries to help guests settle in comfortably. For extended stays, guests may need to replenish these items as needed during their visit which we are more than happy to provide during the stay. We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced accessing the unit upon arrival. We're glad our support team and the onsite maintenance staff were able to assist and get you settled in. We appreciate your patience as we worked through the door lock issue. Thank you again for your feedback. The place was comfortable, cute decor, nice bathroom, and the food mat/ wall hooks for the dog were a nice touch. We didn’t get a view out the back window due to construction, the door was completely covered with plastic. I know this isn’t in their control, but it was disappointing. Checking in was a bit rough as our code was not working, but it was late at night and we were still able to get in touch with the hosts and it was quickly resolved. Communication was great. It was nice to have close access to the beach & to shops and restaurants. The bed isn’t the most comfortable, and the tv’s are a bit complicated and don’t have normal channels. Parking is also quite limited. Just some things to note if you’re particular about these. Overall, we still had a great trip!

Great Little Condo!

Wonderful place to stay with a great ocean view! They were very pet friendly and even had spare dog beds and bowls there for you to use! Would definitely come back!

Very Cute and Comfy

Had a great time. The beach is a short walk across the street and the condo has everything we needed. The pool and gave room were fun to enjoy. Would recommend for a fun little getaway.

Cute Home Away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our last summer hurrah at this fun little home away from home. It was the most relaxing time and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed being so close to beach access and being able to cook our own meals. Will come back for sure!

So cutie, so comfy and so convenient! Perfect view of the beach with access right across the street. Loved everything about our stay. Place was clean and had everything that we needed. Renting, check in and check out process were so convenient. We will definitely be back next year!

...because we heard it was great! Wife and son got the flu right before Thanksgiving (had to cancel the trip) so we'll hopefully see it next year.

Last minute family get away.

We had a wonderful time even through the rain storm. We knew it might happen. It was wonderful to have the family snuggled up watching a movie and playing some clue. Love the games in the room. We stayed right across from the pool. Made it nice for the return to the room. The room view of the ocean is what dreams are made of

We are glad to hear you found our condo to be a great place to take in our incredible oceanfront views. You could sit there for hours and never get bored! We are the perfect place to sit by the sliding glass door with a warm drink and board game, and stay cozy while watching the waves, beach activities, and even the occasional storm that rolls through town! We are thrilled you enjoyed it and we hope to host you again soon for another coastal getaway!
