Great property, clean, quiet. Easy walking access to the lake, big kitchen, phenomenal showers! Perfect napping recliner couches and beautiful wraparound porch. Definitely would consider staying here again.

We loved the high end kitchen and baths, wrap around porch and spacious bedrooms. Great location that is a short walk from the sandy beach and a short drive to downtown Meredith. Highly recommend!

Family lake vacation

Beautiful log home with every amenity anyone would need. Plenty of space for the family.The beach was beautiful and the views amazing.Convenient to restaurants and shopping in town.

Had a stellar week

This family-friendly home is as advertised—a beautiful home with ample space and a range of amenities. The beach area is great for everyone, from toddlers to teens to adults. Scott and Heidi (hosts) are quick to respond if you need them and very accommodating.We would absolutely rent again.

Great property; cozy new log home. Well stocked with every thing you will need to have a great stay. Short walk to nice beach association. We very much enjoyed our Holiday stay with family.

Great vacation house!

Nice house in a beautiful location. About 5 houses from the water. Grandkids loved the beach and played in the water all day!

Fun at tha Lake

The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. Wrap around porch was most enjoyable. Proximity to a very nice beach and dock made the stay terrific. The owners were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this site for any weeklong family gathering.

Wonderful cabin at the lake!

Our family had a fantastic week at this beautiful cabin! The neighborhood beach did not get too crowded and everyone was very friendly! Owners were responsive to questions or anything that came up. This is a great spot for kids with the sandy beach, diving board and raft on the lake.

W9nderful week on the lake

Loved the log house and the amenities available in the community. Beach has a swim dock and diving board that the kids loved. Pickleball count and tennis court within walking distance was a bonus. Owner was vert responsive and helpful. Hope to be back!

Great family getaway home

The house is beautifully constructed and decorated. The kitchen if fully stocked with spices and cooking oils. The owner provides sheets, towels and beach towels. The wrap around porch is great for relaxing in the evenings and the beach is well maintained and clean. The shed at the beach has bocce and shuffleboard which we had fun using. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

Amazing!

The house was WAY better than the photos let on. Everything was beautiful & clean. The rooms were very well sized, the bathrooms were wonderful and the kitchen was spectacular! It was a true chefs kitchen. The location is prime for walking, visiting the lake or driving into town to explore. We had a great time and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Nice house near a great semi-private community beach

Short walk to the beach. Only down side was that the kayaks were located at the house and had to be carried down to the beach. No dolly or other way to transport them was provided.

Gorgeous new build, pictures do not justify this cabin

Had a great time in Meredith for Laconia Bike week! Meredith was an amazing location around Lake Winnepauskee! Great town. This home is brand new, fully stocked kitchen, rooms are larger than photos show, driveway is not paved yet it’s so new!!! Neighbor is awesome!!!!! Thank you Scott!

Great Log Home at the lake - in a great area !

2 families of 4 with older teenagers. We had a great time. House is as advertised. Awesome front porch and open living first floor. Clean, new. 600 ft walk down hill to the beach/lake. Diving board, dock, nice sandy beach. Make sure to check out Town Docks Restaurant (common man) Walters Basin Restaurant in Holderness

Vacation Bliss

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Meredith. The house itself is beautifully designed and furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil one could need. It was also equipped with towels, sheets, various soaps and paper products. The beds were comfortable and when we arrived the beds were already made!! How great is that! We loved sipping coffee in the morning on the front porch and walking down to the lake. Meredith itself is a fabulous place to vacation because there was so much to do…hiking, shopping, wine tasting, eating out. We would not hesitate to vacation here again. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful house with us.

This house is beautiful!

We stayed at the house for a week. The landlord always responded immediately, if we needed any assistance. The house is new, beautiful and stays cool on hot days. We were there for a heat wave. The beach is just a few minutes from the house and great for kids. Our only request to the landlord was to put in a desk in the master bedroom. So many of us might have to work a few days from home on vacation. Besides that, I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in NH! One more thing, it is a quick drive to Meredith and Laconia!

Lovely week on the Lake

My family and I stayed at this lovely log cabin home for a week. The house was the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen FULLY stocked, linens and towels provided, air conditioning, and had a washer/dryer. Heidi and Scott had excellent communication from the start and you can tell they take pride in their home. We brought our boat and it was extremely convenient to have a slip just down the street at the community beach dock. My kids loved jumping off the diving board and swimming out to the swim platform. The community is friendly and my kids looked forward to playing with their new friends throughout the week at the beach. We also loved fishing off the dock in the evenings. Thank you Heidi and Scott for an amazing and memorable vacation! We will definitely be back!
