It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, bears, deer, raccoons, feral cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, ticks, chiggers, roaches, etc. on the property. Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have "dangerous animals" on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.

We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.
