Apartment in Nettetal near Venlo. Happy groups!

Welcome to Nettetal on the Lower Rhine!

I rent an attic apartment, which is on the 1st Floor of a two family house is located. You have the whole apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom at your disposal.
The 45m² apartment is equipped with 4 single beds and a double bed (1.80m). You will also find a Smart TV, WiFi and Netflix. You can park for free. I am available for all questions about the apartment, the surrounding area and leisure activities!

Living room:
This newly renovated apartment is characterized above all by its many windows and thus brightness. Whether you want to relax after a hard day's work or after a long bike ride through the Nettetal sea areas - you've come to the right place.
The bright kitchen is almost fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. These include a refrigerator, oven, hob, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and a set of kitchen utensils.
Some basics like spices or coffee are also available. Sufficient pots, pans & sharp knives are available.
In the living room you can feel at home on the cozy little couch or the round dining table! Enjoy your favorite movie / series on Netflix on TV or relax while surfing the WiFi.
If you want to work from the apartment, there is a study with a desk and shelf.
One bedroom has a cozy 1.80mx 2.00m bed ready for you so that you are in top shape the next day. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, so that there are a total of 5 beds in the apartment. This makes the apartment well suited for families, groups and fitters. Roller shutters in every room allow a strong blackout so that you can relax undisturbed.
In the bathroom not only a shower is waiting for you, but also lots of fresh towels. You will also find a hair dryer with a lot of power there.

Access for guests:
The entire apartment is available to you without restrictions.

I live on the ground floor and am happy to answer any questions you may have, but also give you the freedom you need.

Further information:
The house is very easy to reach thanks to a good connection to the motorway.
On request, we are happy to provide you with up to 4 bicycles for smaller bike tours and a grill in the garden.
To ensure that bicycles are handled with care, we take a deposit of € 20 per bike. You will of course get this back after returning the bikes.

Important:
Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. You are welcome to smoke outside. There is a standing ashtray in front of the front door.
