House was clean, fully stocked with more than what we needed, and was decorated like a model home when we first arrived. Beautiful, comfortable home with enough rooms for my party of 8. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. Community was nice. Nothing but positives here! If ever I’m in Florida again, I’m hoping I can find and book this house for another stay :)

Windsor Hills

Lovely 2 story home. Slightly dated but very clean. Pool was enjoyed by all of us. Grandchildren with parents enjoyed 1 afternoon at resort clubhouse water park. Castle Playground was enjoyed.

Excellent for families

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children really enjoyed our stay. The house was large, clean and had everything we needed. Checkin and check out was very easy. Pool was warm and clean. The only suggestion is better lighting for the interior and exterior of the house! We would go back to this house and Windsor hills again:).

Not at all what was expected

I am very cautious regarding any type of “complaint” that I submit. This was my first experience with iTrip and the ease of booking and check in offered great expectation or our accommodations. Upon our entry into the home, we were met with a very unpleasant smell. It was as if a dirty mop or towels were used to wipe things up. There was no lingering smell of cleaning products whatsoever. Several plates in the cabinet had hair on them. The television in the main floor bedroom did not work. It powered on but did not display any channels.When the children went into the garage to play air hockey, they could not because there was only one paddle. Our concern with the master bathroom mold was addressed and the shower grout was recaulked and I believe that the dishwasher leaking was fixed, I left a towel there just in case.. The dust in the home was excessive to say the least. There was a layer of dust on top of the refrigerator and on the door posts…this was easily visible when walking by. The lamps were layered in dust. The coffee table in the family room was filthy.While I understand that everyone's level of clean is different, I can’t imagine that this is what you had in mind when having this cleaned by whomever it is that you have commissioned to complete this task. Provided all of the rules and regulations we were expected to follow, it was shocking to not at least have clean accommodations.

Convenient location and huge accommodations!

This property worked perfectly for our eight-day mid-September Disney trip where we were 15 minutes from parking at each park! The end-of-season price was fantastic and this 6-bedroom house more than accommodated our large family group of 7 (two couples, a single adult, teen, and tween). The kitchen had all the typical appliances (blender, toaster, standard coffee maker, etc.) and basic cooking equipment. The only thing I missed was measuring spoons. If you are planning to cook meals requiring big stock pots, large frying pans, etc., you may want to stop off at the super Walmart (under a mile) for those. I carried extra towels based on other reviewers' recommendations but didn't end up needing them after all. The house and pool were super clean, and the host's communication was excellent. This property has daily trash pickup valet and also four dumpster sites in the neighborhood if you have overflow. The 24-hour front gate security was thorough but friendly, and we felt very secure in this complex. The house also has a private alarm. The ground level laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The pool was very comfortable and was regularly serviced during our stay. For those wondering, the circular spa is a sitting pool attached to the swimming pool, not a hot tub. We will definitely look to this property first when booking another Disney vacation!

**DISAPPOINTED**DO NOT RECOMMEND**

We were disappointed and felt like home was deceiving with online pics & descriptions. Our issues were as follows: *Upon entry, the house had a smell as if it had been closed up for a long time. *Chemical smell as if sprayed for bugs (dead bugs) in kitchen cabinet & bathroom floor upon arrival. *Family room furniture is worn badly, not comfortable. Need to upgrade! *Kitchen pots/pan sizes are not for cooking for large families. *Master Bdroom mattress is horrible. *Upgrade TVs(laptop screen size) tv's in bedrooms-all rooms need current TVs. *No need for DVD players or old game consoles. *1 Roll of toilet provided per bathroom for a huge family was ridiculous. *Need to upgrade towels(worn) *Hall bathroom shower makes loud noises *2nd King bed mattress need replacing. *Double bed mattress need replacing. *NO CEILING FANS IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE. ****This home could use some major TLC and UPDATES**** * Upstairs was hot constantly during our stay *We will NOT stay here again* Lastly, the jacuzzi was cold, no temperature gauges. Just on/off timer-needs upgraded. Also, thankful that we brought our own Keurig! Other family members stayed in Windsor Hills homes with much better amenities at the same rental prices. Our family made the best of this stay, but will NOT stay here again! We will not recommend this property, if you are looking for modern conveniences like ceiling fans, proper air conditioning, normal size TVs in bedrooms, etc.

Good Times

My family and I were vacationing for my daughters birthday and she loved everything about it! Only thing I would say is that the mattress in the main bedroom with the king size bed is horrible. Other than that, no complaints everything was good.

Lots of space easy commute to Disney

Overall our stay was great. The house is big, was clean, the pool was clean and we paid for heating (think it could have been warmer the neighborhood pool was warmer). The commute to Disney was usually easy but traffic some days but thats expected on spring break. I think there should be more towels so there is enough for everyone to have one for the pool and one for the shower. We had to do a bit of laundry to accomodate this. Also each bed had one primary pillow and there were not spare ones unless we wanted to use the decorative with shams which we didn’t. Overall it was a great stay but a few comforts as mentioned would help.

Perfect for our family

This house is beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 11. No one felt like we were crowded on the relax days we spent home. The house was exactly as described. There were lots of towels for everyone. Communication with the owner was very easy. She was always quick to respond. The games room was a great also. The location is very close to Disney theme parks but for Sea World theme parks it is a bit of a drive and traffic is at times heavy. If you are going in the cooler months pay the extra for the pool to be heated. It’s 100% worth the extra. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay at this home in Windsor Hills.

Gorgeous home

The house was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located for the events we attended. We loved the relaxed and safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Over all I am glad I choose this house because it had everything I expected and more. I will be happy to choose this location for future needs. Itrip was very responsive to my email request.

Siblings Week!

We wanted a location with proximity to Disney World but with our own space, privacy and ability to be together and enjoy our time. The house was great! A great location, clean house, ample space and the pool was perfect. The community water park was enticing but we just enjoyed being at the house on our “off” days and enjoying the weather! It was a great stay in a beautiful location
