This beautifully decorated 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for families, friends, reunions, golfers, and business travelers alike. Enjoy 24-hour gated security and world-class resort amenities, including a pool with waterslide, hot tub, splash area, fitness center, playground, arcade, tennis and volleyball courts, movie theater, and an on-site sundry shop.



Step outside to your private south-facing screened pool (5ft deep) and spa, perfect for relaxing under the Florida sun. Inside, spacious living areas feature comfortable leather seating, a 50" TV, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area that seats six—ideal for family meals or quick snacks before heading out to the parks.

The house was beautiful and clean. Master bedroom mattress was bad and the bed squeaks no matter which way you turn. The mattress was so bad that it caused me back pain everyday. Some of the bath towels need to be updated instead using faded one to newer ones. The vendors came and took the grill three days too early and spoiled our dinner plans.

The home was very dusty. There is a strong cigarette smell. We are asthmatic and instantly were triggered.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not feel comfortable for your arrival. When you reported a cleanliness concern shortly after check-in, our cleaning manager went to the home that same evening to address it. The photo provided showed dust on top of the refrigerator, which was corrected, and no broader dust issues were found during the visit. Two members of our team also inspected the home that evening and did not detect a cigarette smell. We take cleanliness and odor concerns seriously and respond promptly when concerns are reported so they can be reviewed and addressed during the stay.

Check-in took half an hour at the gate. House was dirty/dusty with Kitchen had 8 spoons for a house that sleeps 14. No washcloths in bathrooms, they were in closet labeled fire extinguisher. Pool never did heat to swim in it and it was filthy with dirt and algae. Spent lots of time on vacation emailing management team to address issues, they listened and tried to correct things with little results achieved. I hope the owner gets in tune with issues before losing all potential renters. Home was definitely lived in. It had a lot of potential. Lots of space for large families. Close to Disney parks.

Thank you for staying with us and for recognizing the home’s space and convenient location near Disney. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay felt frustrating. Our team was in communication throughout the stay and worked to address each concern that was reported. For future guests, resort gate access is managed by the resort, and during heavy arrival periods the check-in line can take longer than expected. Pool heat can also be affected by cold outdoor temperatures, which we noted during the stay, and our pool service records showed the pool was being maintained. We’ve reviewed your notes about kitchen inventory, linen placement, and the home’s condition, and will share owner-related feedback with the homeowner for their consideration. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the home’s size and proximity to the parks were helpful for your group.

Fabulous family home

This was a perfect spot for us. Great for a large family. Each room well appointed, and had extra blankets and hangers if we needed them.

House was clean, fully stocked with more than what we needed, and was decorated like a model home when we first arrived. Beautiful, comfortable home with enough rooms for my party of 8. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. Community was nice. Nothing but positives here! If ever I’m in Florida again, I’m hoping I can find and book this house for another stay :)

Excellent for families

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children really enjoyed our stay. The house was large, clean and had everything we needed. Checkin and check out was very easy. Pool was warm and clean. The only suggestion is better lighting for the interior and exterior of the house! We would go back to this house and Windsor hills again:).

Lovely 2 story home. Slightly dated but very clean. Pool was enjoyed by all of us. Grandchildren with parents enjoyed 1 afternoon at resort clubhouse water park. Castle Playground was enjoyed.

Siblings Week!

We wanted a location with proximity to Disney World but with our own space, privacy and ability to be together and enjoy our time. The house was great! A great location, clean house, ample space and the pool was perfect. The community water park was enticing but we just enjoyed being at the house on our “off” days and enjoying the weather! It was a great stay in a beautiful location

Location couldn’t be better for Disney. We enjoyed the house and the pools. We had a small issue with the tv. Response was quick, turns out was our fault 😛 Will be back !!

Short stays only!! THE FOLLOWING WAS MAJOR....1.We had a visitor that was that was not staying overnight to the property after hours. We were told after driving to the guard station to verify he was with our group, showing security that he could park in the overflow lot near the guard station per the email sent by property management (there was another guest at guard station with the same issue), and contacting the after hours number by the guard station and myself (with no response at the date/time of this review) that he could not enter the property after he had driven a total of 2 hours to visit us he had to leave. 2. Per email sent by the property management there would be toliet paper and paper towels avaliable at arrival, none of the rolls of tissue or paper towels at check in were new rolls and only equaled up to one roll of tissue/paper towels for 10 guests. 3. The wifi was not working, we could not watch tv as it was wifi based apps. We had to utilize our personal hotspot to watch tv. 3. There was no puck for advertised air hockey table. When management was contacted we were questioned if we had looked for the puck (we had already looked for it when we contacted management) and no chalk was avaliable for pools sticks and nothing else was done by management. 4. Air conditoner was not working at full capacity. Property temperature was uncomfortable at times. 5. Property was clean.

Thank you for staying with us and for noting that the property was clean. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the stay were frustrating. For clarity for future guests, gate access and visitor entry are managed by the resort/security team and are subject to their rules and after-hours procedures, which our team is not able to override. Our team provides check-in, parking, and supply information in advance, including the specific starter supplies provided at arrival, so guests can plan accordingly. No concerns about Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or game room items were reported to us during the stay, and it’s unfortunate that these concerns were not raised when our team reached out to ask whether anything needed our attention. Without that communication, we were not given the opportunity to review or address those items while the reservation was active. We appreciate the feedback and will review the home accordingly.

Gorgeous home

The house was very comfortable and clean and conveniently located for the events we attended. We loved the relaxed and safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Over all I am glad I choose this house because it had everything I expected and more. I will be happy to choose this location for future needs. Itrip was very responsive to my email request.
