Country house on the Saar

The Landhaus an der Saar is located in a small district of Saarburg (Krutweiler), 20 minutes walk from the center and the old town. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of nature and the Saar. There you can watch the big and small passing ships or just enjoy the garden with old cherry tree and bird life. Various seating areas invite you to linger and relax. Cyclists can accommodate their bike in our specially equipped lockable garden shed and access to the street barrier-free. The Saar bike path is about 100 meters from the house. People with the claim to eat healthy find with us a fully equipped modern island block kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. It's a pleasure to cook together and enjoy meals in the spacious dining area. The evenings can be spent with a glass of wine, beer, whiskey or gin and tonic from the area on the terrace or in the living area. Just feel good at home. Our equipment is based on the needs of a family of six or a group. This includes the equipment of the bath- and bedroom, living room, the kitchen, the household space and of course the media possibilities. We have our many years of travel experience and own claims in the design and equipment included.

Country house on the Saar:
On the ground floor you will find the following rooms: entrance hall with adjoining cloakroom and bathroom to the left, utility room to the right. They enter the staircase with seating and information material. From here you either reach the upper floor via the stairs or you enter the expansive living area with dining room and open kitchen. A spacious staircase leads to the upper floor. There are three bedrooms and the second bathroom. Outside there is a large, paved courtyard in front. On the left side is a carport, on the right side there is another access to the terrace and the garden. Front exterior: • Stables with video surveillance and code-controlled key vault • Two gates on the street side, both with remote control • Lockable garden gate to the house entrance • Carport with space for one vehicle • Access to the right of the building also suitable for two vehicles Terrace and garden: • Terrace (4 x 8 m) with a view of the Saar • Fully furnished (tables, chairs with corresponding cushions, two chairs) • Large barbecue available • Garden house with garaging and charging facilities for e-bikes • Large garden • The entire grounds are fenced.
