Welcome to this cozy condo overlooking the city of Atlanta. Fully suited for a comfortable stay and includes Smart Tv with cable, work station, and more!
Walkable to Mercedes Benz, Fox Theater, The Aquarium, World Congress Center, Centennial Park, World of Coke and so much more!!
There are two Marta train stations near by and plenty of public parking. 24-hour concierge, bike storage, recently updated laundry in basement.
Details about the condo:
1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 windows overlooking the city. Bed includes multiple pillows and duvet. Room has large mirror and multiple method for setting up your personal belongings during your stay.
Living room includes 58’ HD Smart TV and queen sized sofa bed. Linens and duvet are available for setting up the second bed.
Kitchen includes pots, pans, silverware and cups/glasses. Fridge includes brota for easy access to water. Coffee is available in the kitchen counter area.
Balcony area is covered with turf and includes chairs and bench for seating. Full view of the sunset!
Bathroom includes tub shower.
Guest access:
By booking with us you get access to the full apartment. Exception is the walking closet in the bedroom, which is not a guest amenity. Guests should not access this closet unless allowed by the owner.
The only shared space is the laundry room located in floor B.
Interaction with guests:
The apartment is set up so that no interactions should be necessary.

- You agree that the Owner/guest relationship will be terminated on the date of your checkout as established by your booking on this platform.
- you agree to leave all doors and windows closed before you check out of the property
- no parties are allowed.
- no additional guests, outside those identified in the reservation, are allowed.
- no smoking is allowed.
- no pets allowed. Our HOA does not allow pets in the entire building. If you have a service animal, you must provide paperwork 48 hours before your check in.
- the walking closet in the bedroom is not a guest amenity. Guests should not access this closet unless allowed by the owner.
- for groups with under age (17 or less) individuals, special approval is required. Please contact us for more details.
- furniture must be left in the areas it was found.
- ALL guests must check in through the front desk in the lobby.
- 2 fobs (one for the building entrance and another for the apartment entrance) are provided and should be placed back before checking out.
- there are various amenities at the place, please do not take anything outside of the apartment. You are welcome to take the umbrellas outside of the apartments, but make sure to place them back in the apartment before your stay is over.
- you agree to respect the building premises and any residents living in the building.
- there is a 150% fee applicable for any missing items or damages, outside of normal wear and tear, made to the property or the amenities provided.
- you agree to allow the building to perform a routinely pest control if that happens to fall during the term of your booking.

Welcome to Altanta’s city center! We are steps from world class entertainment and food. Enjoy the America’s largest aquarium, explore the world of coke where you can try sodas from across the world or events at the Mercedes’ Benz stadium that was just picked to host a game for the FIFA World Cup all less than a 10 mins walk.
The area is called the hotel district because it’s home to some of the best accommodations in town like High Serenity and is considered a pretty safe part of town. However, this is a major city downtown so please act accordingly.
Getting around:
Parking is NOT included with your rental. There’s a few lots next to or across from the building that can run between $15 to $30 a day depending on events in the area and if you prefer covered parking.
There is a parking lot 2 blocks away at 333 W Peachtree St NW Parking which is the cheapest option for $5 parking good till midnight or 4AM. We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle and this is a major city downtown area, please act accordingly.
