Large family room with views of forest and meadows on the 2nd floor, the master bedroom is large and separated from the nursery with bunk beds by an anteroom. The toilet is accessible from both rooms. The 5th Bed is only suitable for infants up to 3 years. The TV is in the master bedroom.

Winter gives us time to relax or have nice romantic hikes; a cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house, even for beginners. All rooms are equipped with shower / WC, balcony and TV. For sporty there is a wide network of trails in the neighboring village. You can ski on the Postalm about 25 km or in Hintersee about 17 km away.
