The living area includes a sofa bed, chairs, and a TV, along with an integrated kitchen equipped with an oven and an adjacent dining table for four. A comfortable bedroom includes two corner-standing single beds, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

Guests can enjoy a spacious balcony facing south-east with views of the dyke. Additionally, there is a designated parking space by the house, and bicycles can be stored in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the basement (fee applies). Guests also have complimentary access to a fitness room with various exercise equipment and a table tennis area in the property.
