Welcome to this breathtaking mansion with more than enough room for everybody! This elegant 6,500 sqft property in the Wenatchee Valley is located between Leavenworth and Lake Chelan.

There are plenty of beds and pull-out sofas. Can sleep up to 20+ people! Pool is seasonal from May to October. Hot tub is optional and is available upon request.

Please note that there are exterior surveillance cameras at the front, Ring doorbell, pool, front white gates and another camera inside the garage.

No unpermitted parties/events/guests/pets.

The space
7 Bedrooms, 4.5 baths, full kitchen, sunroom, media room, wet bar, pool table, outdoor patio, pool and hot tub! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. You can easily get lost in the horizon when enjoying the panoramic view of the city and Columbia River.

We only have the supply room locked. Everywhere else is accessible.

Great place and great owner

I stayed here with my family before my wedding so we could all stay together. There were a few issues, but Tim was so quick and responsive to fix them. The place was beautiful and clean. No complaints. There’s plenty of space for a large group. Definitely recommend!

A very beautiful, large house, but it needs more cleaning and repair. (In my opinion, it does not correspond to the funds we paid for) Beautiful view of the river and the city.

Great Family Gathering House

Really great property. Definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and more of the view. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Could use more things like cutlery, had to buy our own trash bags for garbage, paper towels etc. Generally though a GREAT place for large family gatherings and we'll be back.

Perfect Mansion!! :)

A large group of us stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing. Tim was great to communicate with and is very accommodating. We can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect Property for Large Groups

We had an incredible time staying here at Tim’s mansion! It was even more beautiful in person & absolutely perfect for all of us. We would love to return in the summer to use the outdoor amenities, thank you so much!

Great Place

Loved Staying in the Mansion. It was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. All the rooms super comfy the kids had fun. We especially enjoyed all the views of the mountains. The Mansion it’s the place to be everything is close by. We recommend this place 100!!

Beautiful home!

This place was just beautiful! Kitchen was fully equipped. The view was remarkable! Our group had a great time. We definitely plan on coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool!

Great for large families

Not easy to find a home that can house our large 20 person family. This house was perfect for us! The bonus was the 4th of July show we could easily see from the property. Would love to come back next year and do it again!

Great Extended Family Vacation Home

House suites our needs perfectly. Everyone was comfortable. The house could use some minor updates but we liked it because there really wasn’t anything for anyone to ruin or damage. When traveling with a large group and kids, it’s nice not to have to worry about new light carpets or expensive art and furniture.

Mansion is correct!

A HUGE home! OUTSTANDING POOL!!!!!!Comfortable beds throughout. (firm, but I love firm beds) very quiet neighborhood! Very clean.

Family get away

We had a wonderful long weekend with our large family. The house was more than large enough for our group of 16. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. I was surprised to find out that the pool wasn’t heated, but luckily we had very warm days, so it was ok.

Beautiful view, nice accomodations!

The Wenatchee Mansion is a great house for a large group. We stayed with 14 people for a long ski weekend and it was perfect. The house is pretty bare bones, which I'm assuming the owners have had issues with people stealing and breaking stuff. But it had everything we needed for a nice weekend with family!

Beautiful house

Spacious with excellent views

We had such a great experience at Tim’s property. Everything was clean, stocked and spacious. The mansion was very easy to find and the views were incredible. Tim was such a gracious host! He answered all my messages immediately. We would love to come back here again. 100% recommend his home.

Perfect for family summer vacation

This was a nice view property with plenty of parking plus garage access. We made good use of the nicely maintained pool, hot tub, fire pit table set, and gas grill. Interior was spacious throughout, and the kitchen was well-stocked, although there were no steak knives, and we could have used more forks. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was very good. There were some known maintenance issues that are being addressed, and signs of the usual wear and tear, but we would stay there again.

Top spot vacation!

For our family Christmas group of 16 from Gt gdparents to infant, we found Tim’s place perfectly accommodating for those wanted beds or floor for sleeping. The layout is perfect with entertainment rooms at opposite end of house from bedrooms. All the beds had great memory foam and linens. The house was well cleaned, everything is well stocked in the kitchen. There were plenty of opportunity for entertainment and games and room for our instruments and singing. The view quickly captures the mind! The Christmas tree was exceptional! Tim is a prompt communicator and extremely helpful. With sleigh rides, snow play, and sightseeing, this was a perfect home away from home!

This property was PERFECT for our group of baseball players. We had 2 minor issues. 1. When we went to go to bed the first night some of the blankets/sheets were still damp. Also there were not sheets for all the pull out beds. Most of our kids had sleeping bags, but it would have been an issue otherwise!

Good house but disappointing in some ways

The house was in a great location for us we were skiing at mission ridge. The layout is great for a big family, but it was not very clean, we found a beer can under a chair in the theater room, the face of the microwave fell off when you opened the door. The beds were substandard, adults ended up sleeping on couches as they were more comfortable. The recliners in the living room did not have enough power supplies to all operate, we had to switch power supplies when we wanted to recline. apparently the laundry is off limits to guests. Everything seemed tired. Hot tub water was milky so we did not even want to use it. Great potential but it felt like for the premium price the little things should have been much better. Too bad because the property itself was great.

Nice big house with a pool and view

Our group had a very good time at our stay, can’t really say anything bad except like most rentals these days the TV amenities kind of suck. You’re left to basically stream from your phone and the internet/wi-fi wasn’t the greatest. No remotes for the TV’s and no instructions for the sound system. We caught most of the Seahawks game and luckily the kids were able to hook up their Xbox’s. Only other gripe was the pool was over-chlorinated. I think the moms were most upset about that and us guys were most concerned about the TV thing. Very good place otherwise.

Listing needs clarification

We rented this house because of the pool, and then were unable to use it because it couldn't be heated. The listing needs to say this. Truly it is not available May 1 to October 1. The house is in dire need of many minor repairs. I advise that you let someone stay there for free, while repairing so many little problems - perhaps after a week most would be done. There are no longer FUTONS in the bedrooms as mentioned in the listings. Just a queen bed and a couch that pulls into a sofa. We were also unable to use the DVD player, because it wouldn't talk to the TV. Also a disappointment. We had created movies on DVDs we wanted to watch with the group because it was two people's 60th birthday. With some effort and clarification, this would be a much better rental.

great property

This was awesome for a family gathering. We enjoyed all parts of the house: - theater room: streaming services worked great - pool table: lots of space, 1 pool ball was broken - living room: we played music with no problems of sound carrying, great for the light sleepers - kitchen: there was everything we needed. We did get some paper plates to avoid too much dish washing. (There is a drip coffee maker that lives there.) - patio/grill: one more table/set of chairs out there would be great. - yard: we flew kites and played badminton. there's a great amount of outside space - took group photos by in front of the vista from the driveway! Notes on the pool: gated. Stairs from the edge down to the 3' area, then slopes to 6' and 9'. Our 4 yo had enough 3' area to play freely. Shaded area made it pleasant to supervise. Not heated - it was a colder than you would like but not too bad. The hot tub was Gross when we got there, but the pool cleaner came the second full day we were there. After that it was great. The weak link is cleanliness. Generally it was clean-ish, but needed more work to be actually clean. There was garbage and a loofah left in a shower from previous guests. Bath tub was grimy, freezer had a spill in it. Smaller things, but added up to feeling like the cleaning was rushed and not thorough. I def appreciate we were there at peak time, maybe it's not the norm. Overall great stay, plenty of space, super responsive host. Thx!
