Charmingly situated on quiet alley with no through traffic, we encourage you to relax on the small balcony porch - perfect for grilling, cocktails or morning coffee. There is a small privacy fence around a gravel yard, especially great if you're bringing a furry friend. We allow 1-dog, no cats. No central air conditioning. We have a window unit in the bedroom and the main room that keep property very cool and comfortable.

Located just a 10 min. walk to downtown Missoula for restaurants and shops, as well as St. Patrick's Hospital, with off street parking for two cars. Washer/dryer in garage available exclusively for tenant use. Easy access to I-90, Orange Street and the North Hills hiking trails. Located 30 min. from Snowbowl.
