Our apartment is within 2 blocks of downtown Alameda with over 50 shops, trendy restaurants, and coffee/tea shops nearby. Unit is recently renovated with bamboo floors, a beautiful kitchen, dining area, living room, and beds complete with high thread count sheets and a Eurotop mattress in the master. Amenities include complimentary use of laundry and game room with a pool table and classic arcade console. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

This ground floor unit is 1200 square feet and will comfortably fit up to 4 guests. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, dining room and kitchen, there is a living room with a large sofa, large LCD TV with a Wii game console and Satellite with premium and sport channels for the enjoyment of our guests.

The bathrooms are supplied with a set of towels for each guest and complimentary personal sized shampoo, body wash, bar soap as well as toilet paper.

The beds are made up with fresh linens and extra blankets are available for each bed. The queen has a Eurotop mattress and is complete with high thread count sheets.

We constantly upgrade the unit for the comfort of our guests and recently installed air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the family room.

Although we love animals, we unfortunately, are very allergic to dogs and cats and other types of service animals and humbly ask that you consider other rentals if you have a service animal.

Great Alameda location

Very clean, private and safe location. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe. Loved having room to spread out. Very responsive hosts. We will stay here again.

Wonderful location and very comfortable

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The unit was stocked with everything you could ever want and the host made it very welcoming with some snacks and a bottle of wine as well! They were very communicative along the way and the beds were very comfortable in the area very quiet and accommodating! The 9-year-old loves the basketball hoop outside and the game room as well. If you're looking for something affordable and comfortable this unit is definitely worth the booking! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!

The property was as described and quite a bit larger than anticipated. The unit was clean and fully stocked and within walking distance to so many great restaurants. The 2 full bathrooms helped to expedite getting ready in the mornings for our early adventures. Our hosts were very responsive which of course raised our comfort level before our arrival. We will definitely use this property again when back in Alameda!

Perfect in every way. Good, safe location (though San Fran traffic is a nightmare), clean, well appointed, communicative host, quiet, and very comfortable. Could not recommend any more highly!

Roomy great spot to stay with 2 teenage boys. Close to Park Street too. We used to live in Alameda and chose this place due to its proximity to all things Alameda!!

Centrally located 2 bedroom

The property is within walking distance to downtown. It was quiet, clean and renovated.The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had plenty of towels, hair dryer and shampoo. Would recommend to friends and stay there again when visiting our family.

Another great stay

Perfectly located to visit our son and his two young children. Very thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. This was our third stay here in Alameda and we hope to return again!

wonderful hosts, nice unit

Stanley and Virginia are wonderful hosts. We needed to extend our original stay and they were very helpful and supportive in making that happen. the unit is very pleasant. We were not vacationing but they have many amenities like games, pool table, basketball hoop, etc that would be great fun on a vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this property to go to an Oakland A’s baseball game. The location in Alameda is perfect - walking distance from shops and restaurants. Very close to a bus stop too, which will take you to the BART station. Also, the actual apartment is well equipped - it even has a fully functioning wii which we played every night after returning from our activities. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Very comfortable, family friendly apartment!

My husband and I have stayed here twice. We visit our son and his two daughters who love to come and spend the day with us. The place is not fussy and has space for the kids to move about….including a game room with a pool table and a ping pong table.. The kitchen is very well stocked and all the appliances are easy to use. The hosts are very helpful and easy to contact. The location is perfect for walking into town. We were very happy here.

So adorable!

This was a perfect property for our vacation. It was centrally located in walking distance to many restaurants and the cinema. The house was clean and well stocked. They even left a basket of snacks, which the kids loved! The beds were so comfortable and the kids spent hours on the Wii. We didn’t want to leave!

We welcome you to Alameda and hope to host you. Although we are new to VRBO, we've been hosting since 2016, and to date, we have hosted over 500 groups, and if you see us on another site, you'll see that we have been Super Hosts continuously since we first started in 2016. Many of our guests stay for business, for vacation, to visit family in the area, or are locals needing a place to stay while renovating their homes. We have 4 units of various sizes and configurations to meet different needs. We love to travel and understand what you as a traveler need and try to make your stay care free by providing clean accommodations and the little things that you need, but might forget to bring or might not want to buy (who wants to bring or buy one laundry pod?!). When not hosting, Stanley continues to develop IP for his high tech startup, Virginia cares for family and elderly parents, and we both continue to volunteer in our local religious charity.

As continuous Super Hosts since 2016 and having hosted over 500 groups to date, we have units that range from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms. The smallest 1 bedroom unit is great for the solo or double business traveler and is more comfortable than similarly priced hotel rooms. The 4 bedroom units are economical for larger groups being more cost effective than renting multiple rooms at a hotel. And we have a 2 bedroom unit for the in-betweeners. As all the units include a kitchen, our units are more cost effective and more comfortable than comparably configured residence type inns. We converted our large garage into a game room and equipped it with a pool table, ping pong table, and classic arcade console for your relaxation and enjoyment. We have a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The game room and laundry room both are complimentary for our guests. Although we may not have many reviews yet, you can find us elsewhere and see the many positive reviews we have gotten so far.

Besides comfortable and care free accommodations, we are just a few blocks away from downtown Alameda where there are many shops, coffee and boba drink shops, and restaurants serving many different yummy cuisines. The nearby historic Alameda Theater continues to show top rated movies while also serving food in their luxury loungers for those wanting dinner and a show! We are about 15 minutes away from the Oakland Colisseum (Go A's) and Oracle Arena (former home of the Warriors) and about 30 minutes away Chase Center (current home of the world champion Golden State Warriors).
