Romantic holiday home by the sea

The pleasant holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of the holiday resort Colònia de Sant Pere, which is located by the sea and is still a little known, and is ideal for couples, but also for small families with children. Here you can enjoy your vacation in peace as there are no major hotels apart from mass tourism. You can quickly walk to the restaurants and small supermarkets. There is also a pharmacy, a small fishing and yacht harbor and a bank in this romantic former fishing and farming town.

The house was completely renovated in 2019, very lovingly furnished and mostly also newly furnished. The new kitchen is neatly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and large fridge. With various newly purchased small electrical appliances, cookware and kitchen utensils, every need was thought of in order to be able to pamper yourself with culinary delights on holiday.

The base of the bathroom has been optimally designed with a 90 x 90 cm shower, toilet and sink and equipped with high quality fittings. In winter, the bathroom can be comfortably heated with the help of a towel radiator.

Both in the two bedrooms as well as in the living-dining area there is air conditioning for pleasant cooling in summer and cozy warming in winter. The cool breeze generated by the 3 fans in the bedrooms and in the living room is also very pleasant.

On request we can of course also provide you with a travel cot and high chair.

As a precaution, security is not neglected either. There are several smoke detectors and 2 fire extinguishers in the house.

The detached single-family house is almost completely surrounded by terraces of any size, so that depending on the season you can find the ideal place for the 4 sun loungers. A large hammock invites you to relax. There is also enough space for the little guests to eat. B. Can play ball and the slightly larger guests z. B. Badminton.

IMPORTANT:
1. We have decided that bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is charged at 120,-€ and paid in cash on arrival at the property. Electricity consumption is charged at 0,35 €/kWh and paid in cash at the end of the trip.
2. A tourist tax (a kind of tourist tax) is levied on the Balearic Islands. This is mandatory for people aged 16 and over and depends on the season and length of vacation. It is a maximum of € 2.20 per day and holidaymaker.
3. If you are planning a longer holiday in Mallorca in the winter half year, please contact me. We can certainly find a cheap option.
