Come and enjoy our lakeside home conveniently located on Greenwood Lake. Whether you are on a ski adventure or hiking the Appalachian Trail, touring wineries and breweries or boating fishing and swimming you can end your day relaxing by a roaring fire or overlooking the serene outdoor space with a private lakeside view. The outdoor entertainment area includes a heated pavilion with movie screen, projector and outdoor speakers, that are great for all weather use. There is also a hot tub, fire pit, and dock area with chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. Canoes and paddle boards are also available for your enjoyment as well as bikes to explore the area. The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Aspen suite has one king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Big Bear Suite has one queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Lakeview room has one full size bed and adjacent full-size bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two twin beds for your use. The well-appointed kitchen has all you'll need to prepare and serve your favorite dishes, including stylish indoor and outdoor dish sets. If barbecue is your preference just outside the kitchen door is a gas grill and a charcoal Kamado grill with pizza stones. You're sure to stay connected while you're here with high-speed WiFi that reaches all the way down to the dock. There is also plenty to do like Bocce Ball, corn hole, games and puzzles. There are two on property parking spaces and one on street parking spot. Don't forget to ask about the available pontoon rental and guided fishing trips.
