Enjoy your days in our cozy apartment in a sunny, ground-floor location with its own entrance. At your doorstep, you can barbecue in our garden, take your meals or "chill out" in a deck chair with a view of the Großer and Kleine Ötscher! Behind our house starts the hiking trail "Kesselgraben" which takes you to the Steingrabenkreuz or further to the Ötscher stalactite cave.

In winter, both the winter hiking trail Sonnenhof as well as the snowshoe trail Kesselgraben with connection to our nearly 30 km long trail offer begin here.

Parking for your car, free Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher and boot dryer are provided for added convenience.

We, the owners Karla and Helmut Prem love nature: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing in winter - excursions, hikes and mushrooms looking for in summer and autumn are among our passions, which we gladly share with you on request.

Our 50 m² apartment consists of: entrance hall incl. Kitchen: Here you will find at the entrance of a coat rack and shoe dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate hob and extractor fan, a dishwasher, a Plattengrill- or Toaster, a combi appliance hot air / grill / microwave and a large fridge with its own freezer. In addition to a kettle, milk frother, electr. Citrus juicer also includes a Matello capsule machine, an Italian espresso maker and a thermal coffee maker. The separate toilet is accessible from this room. Living / dining room: The dining table (120 x 80 cm) with 4 chairs is expandable to 160 cm in length. In 2 dressers and a spacious box you have plenty of space for your personal belongings. If required, the living area can be used as a single bed for children (80 x 200 and 80 x 150) or as a double bed (140 x 200). In this room is also the TV (SAT) equipped with an ORF HD card. - From this room you can access both the bathroom and the bedroom. Bathroom consists of a vanity with mirror cabinet and a shower (80 x 80 cm) Bedroom: A king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) invites you to dream! In the spacious box you will find plenty of space for your clothes. There is still space in this room for an extra bed (on casters, 90 x 190) and / or a travel cot bed. We will gladly provide both for you upon request.
