Book and enjoy your break in a quiet, modern setting with a view of the greenery in the Homert Nature Park. Recharge your batteries amidst wooded hills in the Hönne Valley, a river valley in the Sauerland region not far from Lake Sorpe, one of the numerous reservoirs in the Hochsauerland district, with many beautiful hiking and biking trails, famous for the Balver Cave, one of the most important archaeological sites from the Middle Paleolithic period and also considered the largest "cultural cave" in Europe.

Be inspired by the diverse cultural offerings in the Sauerland region!

Visit our drinking water reservoirs, the Phänomenta Science Center, the Westphalian Salt Mines, the Karl May Festival, and Altena Castle with its adventure elevator. Visit monasteries, castles, and churches, or simply do nothing and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet – with a view of the countryside.

Amenities:
New, modernly furnished bedroom with sleeping space for two people in a new box spring bed. The large bedroom offers plenty of storage space for your vacation luggage. If you are traveling with a small child, I will be happy to provide you with a travel cot free of charge. Bed linen is included. Modern, energy-saving LED lighting has been installed in all rooms.

Living:
If you book a third person, a new, cozy mega-oversized functional corner with a guest bed is available in the large living room. The guest bed function offers plenty of space. With the 55-inch Panasonic TX-L55ETW60 LCD TV, movie nights can begin in a relaxed manner, and for cozy evenings, simply turn on the smoke-free LED fireplace. The large balcony also invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

BATHROOM:
Bright, natural light bathroom with a window.

You can choose between a bathtub and a large panoramic round shower with a stainless steel LED shower panel, waterfall and shower head, massage jets, and a separate handheld shower.


Underfloor heating, heated towel rail, hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, and comfortable LED lighting.
