The detached house is located in the idyllic Fischbach valley - Steinau district. In the middle of the Geopark Bergstrasse Odenwald, approx. 30 minutes by car from Darmstadt.

The house has 3 bedrooms (beds 1.80 x 2m / 1.60 x 2m / 2 pieces 0.80 x 2m can be put together).
A living / dining room, kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with direct access to the sauna.
Electricity is charged separately.
Large terrace (approx. 40sqm) with table and chairs.
There is also a brick grill.
The house was completely renovated in early 2019.
The price of 95 € per day is for 2 people.
Each additional person plus € 10.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking outside the house is not a problem, not allowed in the house.
The house is not suitable for children up to 10 years because of the trout pond.
A deposit of € 300 is required.
1/3 of the total amount is due as a deposit when booking.
