1.Street Parking: There are on-street parking spaces available throughout the neighborhood. Street Parking are free from6 pm-8 am ,Sundays and public holidays.
2.Metered Parking: Along 6th Avenue and surrounding streets, you will find metered parking spaces. These spaces usually have time limits ranging from one to four hours and require payment through coin, credit card, or a mobile parking app.
3.Parking Garages: If you prefer a more secure parking option, there are several parking garages nearby. Some notable options include:
Pro parking : located right next to our building ,Guests can pay for daily parking through display Lightning Pay app. scan the QR code at the front entrance to the lot and follow the directions on the app to pay and secure their spot.
ACE Parking: Located at 6th ave Ash street this garage offers hourly and daily rates.
6th & A : Situated right across our building, It provides both hourly and daily parking options.

This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. This area is safe and completely harmless, The San Diego City Council voted 5-4 on June 13 2023 to adopt a controversial policy to ban homeless encampments on public property after hearing hours of public testimony.
