The apartment is located in the basement, but has (except for the bathroom) everywhere normal windows with a view to the outside. It has a floor space of about 45 square meters and consists of a living / dining room with adjoining, open kitchen. On the floor is a covering of cork tiles, in the bathroom tiles. You sleep in a box spring bed with 7-zone comfort mattresses in 2 different degrees of hardness. A large mirror and a wardrobe are of course included. The bathroom has an almost walk-in shower of 90 x 120 cm. The whole bathroom offers plenty of space. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable in front of the 49 inch TV on the couch. You can listen to music with the Nostalgia radio or the Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, hand mixer with cultivation bowl and a microwave are available, as well as all common kitchen utensils.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
In front of the house you have your own parking space for your car.
