Your Perfect Athens Stay

Freshly renovated, comfy, and stylish guest suite. Located in the lower level of our full time residence COMPLETELY PRIVATE- separate entrance and closed off from the rest of the house. The house is situated in a quiet, family neighborhood centrally located to all that Athens has to offer. 12 minute drive to Sanford Stadium for those coming for game days.

The space
One spacious bedroom with king bed. Living room featuring queen pullout sofa, large TV, and two top table for eating or working. One bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Private outdoor space with twinkle lights and outdoor table. You have control of your own AC/Heat! There is a locked door separating the guest suite from the rest of the house. Door locks from both sides so guest and owner both feel secure. Your space is completely private with separate entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. Please remember that the rest of the house is our full time residence, so we may cross paths in the yard or driveway.

Guest access
All areas of your guest suite are private to you. You will not have access to the rest of the house. Outside you have access to your patio space and walkway to driveway. Patio extends the length of the house but is separated from the owner's side by a privacy fence. Guests can park on the right side of the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

**Please note that we do have ring security cameras mounted on the exterior of the house.
