**⚠️ SIREN & CITY NOISE:** This location is **not subject to city noise ordinances** and is within approximately **1–2 blocks of CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline Hospital, a major fire station, and a major police station**. Emergency vehicles and **sirens should be expected consistently throughout the day and night**. **We do NOT recommend this property for sensitive or light sleepers.**

While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. If you notice any pests, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a visit from our dedicated pest control team. We appreciate your understanding and value your comfort during your stay with us.

Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨

We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.
