Welcome to our Brand NEW and Modern JAX beach House! Relax in a clean, luxury beach house that has fresh linens, white walls, rustic wood touches and a spacious living space with a fully equipped kitchen. Located just 1 block from the beach, the property is centrally located in south Jax beach within walking distance to many amazing restaurants, deli and shopping (Starbucks, Whole Foods) to give you the perfect beach experience.
Our 4 bed 2.5 bath luxury beach home equipped with everything you’ll need for your vacation and ideal for couples or families looking to relax and spend time together. The house is 100% private and offers a spacious and open floor plan with a fenced backyard with pergola and yard games.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs Master): King bed, double sinks, shower, and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: King bed and closet
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet, and desk
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds
Family Room: Pull-out sleeper couch

You will have 100% private access to the property.

- 3 Smart TV in the living room, master bedroom and downstairs back bedroom.
- All towels, linens and such provided
- Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, Keurig, pots/pans, plates, silverware, and kitchen basics (salt, pepper, sugar)

Perfect for a weekend in Jax Beach

My family and I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. We made Thanksgiving dinner here, and it couldnt have been better! The home had everything we needed! Our stay was so fun and relaxing, mostly due to the fact that the house was perfect: very clean, conveniently located to everything, supplied with all necessities, and beautifully decorated. Another plus was that there was so much space. Huge closets. Giant pantry. We werent on top of each other which is a plus when staying with family. Lol. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!!!

This was perfect for my family and I it was clean and all the basic necessities stocked. It’s a hop away from the beach and in a prime location. The owner was a text message away. We will be returning!

College Baseball/Beach Trip

Place is absolutely wonderful! Was great that there were 6 beach chairs and lots of beach towels for us to use. Walk to beach was short and easy! Would definitely stay again!!!!!

Great family beach week!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed the back patio and the balcony. There was plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen-family room. And the beds were comfy. Definitely recommend.

Great house close to the beach

Our family of four had a great few days checking out Jax beach. House is clean and feels brand new. Classic simple beach decor. Plenty of chairs and beach towels available. Very comfortable beds!

Girlfriend Stay for 50 and over

Your home was so clean It was very comfortable I was so happy to see the birds on the wall It was perfect for my celebration of life It was my first time doing a VRBO I rank your home a 10 plus plus plus The only thing missing was the bikes but we successfully rented those per your advice Thank you !!! I recommend this home for 40 and over!! Anyone who rents it should be thankful for the opportunity!

Perfect Beach Getaway with one downside

The house was clean, well decorated, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Not far from shopping and restaurants as well. The layout was good with three bedrooms downstairs and the kitchen / living / master upstairs. The games were a nice touch. We love cooking our own meals even on vacation, and while the cookware was plentiful there were virtually no basic supplies (flour, sugar, spices). Make sure to bring your own. The only real downside was the fact that the house backs up to a commercial bank with super bright security lights shining right into the master and one of the downstairs bedrooms. It seems like the owner should add curtains or blackout shades as it was really bright all night. Otherwise this is a great location and really nice house. Parking was plentiful as well. We’d definitely stay again if the issue with the bank lights is fixed.

5 STAR STUNNER!!

We rented this Beach home for our daughter’s wedding. Pictures do not do this justice! This home is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are very large; as well as the bathrooms. Even the closet space ( and there are plenty of them) are spacious. We hosted a pre-rehearsal dinner cocktail hour for all the wedding party and their plus-ones. The living area was more than enough to have everyone mingle with ample seating and a very nice flow. This home has gorgeous big windows that allow all the light to come in. We had every appointment available in the kitchen and all baths. This home lacks nothing you need! Our daughter’s photographer loved the color scheme and captured some amazing shots inside this home. Lastly, the Owner was extremely welcoming and helpful and wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible. We will absolutely be returning to Jacksonville Beach, and there will no doubt that we will rent this home again.

A new comfortable house very close to Mayo Clinic.

My husband and I rented this very comfortable property for two months while I underwent treatment at Mayo Clinic. It was a great experience, the house is new, bright and very clean. The rooms are decorated in a very light manner. The kitchen has everything that you need. The bedroom we used had a very comfortable bed and the shower in the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. There is a full size washer and dryer. My husband used one of the downstairs bedrooms as an office, there is high speed internet connection available. As I needed to be at Mayo Clinic almost every day this location could not be better, it was a 15 minute drive. For my longer appointments my husband could drop me off and then was only a phone call away. It is short walk to the beach and there are very good shops and restaurants close by. There is a two car garage and plenty of parking available. We highly recommend this property and the owner is very responsive to any questions you may have.
