Rock Creek, is a 6 bedroom with 6.5 bathrooms that will accommodate up to 32 guest. This newly established home is located in the gated community of the Concan Country Club. The home has two master bedrooms, with plenty of space for you and your guest. Indoors you will enjoy the open concept space the home has to offer. All of the indoor bedrooms are spaced out to where you and your guests and family will enjoy the indoors without feeling like you have no wiggle room. Enjoy your time indoors or out, enjoy the homes substantial covered patio. The outdoor area has a great spot for grilling on the outdoor barbeque pit, or sitting around the fire pit and enjoy some smores. Rock Creek has an amazing outdoor covered bar area, where you can enjoy some drinks or just sit around and catch up on memories and create new ones. This home will include your private pool and hot tub so that you can kick off your shoes and unwind on either side of the pool. The kiddos will be able to enjoy the outdoors as much as the adults, with a fun playscape. This home is a perfect getaway for you and your family to unwind and enjoy. Let's just say while you're at here you will not feel like you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

STAY AND PLAY:
Rock Creek is offering a great stay-and-play package with access to the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club, which is exciting for both golf enthusiasts and those looking for good value. Receive 6 rounds of golf each day of your stay. Compliments of the homeowner.

The fact that they require booking tee times in advance with Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club adds a level of convenience and ensures that visitors can plan their rounds without worrying about availability. Offering this combination of accommodations and multiple rounds of golf at a popular course could be a solid value for those looking to enjoy both a relaxing stay and quality golfing experience.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
