CHARMING LARGE 3 Bedroom Entire Home

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home. A charming home with an eclectic style has tall ceilings, wide open spaces and just that home-sweet-home, comfy feel. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front farmers porch. A jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom. Open the windows and listen to the bird singing in the city. The sunsets are a must and can be seen from the dining room table every night. It’s unreal, really. Centrally located and only 2 minutes away from highways.

Off Street parking fits up to 3 cars in private driveway. The driveway is on the left side of house, the front door is on right side. (*I’m including this because a past guest gave me a 4 star because he was handicap and my driveway was not right outside the front door). Great neighborhood for walks. 1 block from Bus Stop. 15 minutes or less drive away from WooSox, Colleges, major Highways, Shopping.
Other things to note
Attic and Basement are locked but available if you need extra space for any reason.

*please note: all bedrooms are upstairs and unfortunately not handicap accessible. My apologies.

Charming Home

Adorable house! We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Easy access to shopping/dining/downtown. Our host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again if in the area!

Sisters weekend

My sister and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hike. It had everything we needed for us and my pups, and the fenced in backyard was a huge plus. Any questions I had, Jenn responded quickly and was so helpful. All this little notes around the home were a sweet and funny touch!! Would definitely stay here again, thanks for sharing you home!

Stay close to Boston

This older home was very nice and we really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly.

Home Leave in Worcester - June 2024

My family of five had the most wonderful experience staying in Jenn’s home. Where do I begin? First of all, Jenn is the ultimate hostess. She was so attentive to our needs and was extremely communicative and responsive to any and all questions I had about the property. She has a lovely family and made herself available to answer questions in person when needed. Second, Jenn’s home is clean, comfortable, spacious and beautiful. The sun rays wake up the home. I saw bunnies each and every morning and evening during our multiple week stay in Jenn's home. I saw the most gorgeous birds....blue, red and yellow. The neighborhood is great, quiet, clean and pedestrian friendly. Neighbors are friendly, and you may be lucky enough to see the neighborhood kids sell lemonade. My children ranged in ages 13-19 and greatly enjoyed the space in the home. It was very comfortable and met all of our needs and beyond. I cannot wait to stay in Jenn’s property again. What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much Jenn. My family is so appreciative of the time you gave to us. WOW!

Big and Comfortable

My family stayed here for a week. 7 adults, a 2 year old, and a dog. We also had as many as 4 other adults and a 1 year old visit during our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen - Big. Living room - Big. Bedrooms - Big. Between all the indoor spaces and the outdoor spaces, we never felt overloaded. Location was great for us. We walked the neighborhood several times with our granddaughter. Groceries and anything else we needed were close by. Everything about our stay couldn't have been better. It was perfect and this home was just right for us. Owner is an excellent host.

Warmest Hospitality in the NE

This home was a beautifully appointed, dog-friendly paradise for our family getaway in mid-March. Even though there are only 3 bedrooms, there is so much comfortable space for family time and cooking. The host has truly thought of everything you might need or want. There are thoughtful, friendly little notes all over the house explaining how to use things. Nearly every drawer and cabinet is labeled so there’s no searching around. There are even first aid items, chip clips and extra dog bowls! So many lovely little touches. Tons of blankets and pillows. The porches and backyard are wonderful. Every interaction with the host, even when we had a small problem, was pleasant and easygoing. Check out was the most reasonable we’ve experienced with a host. We didn’t feel like we were doing more than tidying up after ourselves. We felt like welcomed guests in a special home. Jenn provided the warmest hospitality we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO. We drove 30 minutes each way to the Great Wolf Lodge on a few different days for our daughter’s birthday. I hate driving. It was worth it and I’d do it again to stay here if Jenn would have us. This is our favorite VRBO yet. Burncoat is a sweet neighborhood and this is pretty much the perfect guest house to rent.

Family Friendly House

My family stayed at this location in the Burncoat neighborhood for an event. We were only steps away from other family. The house was spacious and comfortable for 6 people since there are just three beds. Communication with Jenn was extremely simple and welcomed. For our needs it was well stocked. A great place to stay even if we could not take advantage of a very nice outdoor space in the back yard and lovely front porch.

Wonderful in Worcester

We had the best stay! We traveled to Worcester for a family visit to see our daughter. The house became a home away from home. We loved the house and the neighborhood. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. Jenn was an exceptional host! She checked in on us and was available if we had any questions or concerns. She was so accommodating and even offered to extend our stay by a couple of days when I told her we were having such a good time. We would not hesitate to book a repeat stay at this property!

Family Weekend

We were in town for a long weekend visit for Family Weekend with our college student. This property was easy to locate and in a very nice part of town. The host left lights on for us as we were arriving at night. That was so sweet to do, so we didn't have to fumble in the dark to enter the home. Going back and forth to the campus for activities was super easy, about 10 minutes door to door. The home was very well appointed with everything we needed. It is so nice to find a home that really felt like we were at home. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, clean, organized and loved all the board games. We will absolutely return to this home for a future visit.

Spacious & Super Clean

I can’t say enough about this property - spacious with lots of character, nice neighborhood, and super clean! Jenn was friendly and quick to respond. She thoroughly thought of every detail in every room. Plenty of off street parking. The front porch was my favorite spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Look forward to staying here again!

Robotics as WPI

A small portion of a FIRST robotics team travelled to WPI for an off season competition. We booked the house so we could all stay together to save money and have a more family atmosphere. The house was amazing. It was actually more than expected from the listing and pictures. The property manager was super easy to talk to and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. It was located in a nice section of town and close to everything we needed. I drive a full size extended cab 2500 with 8' bed and it with another car fit easily in the drive way. There was more than enough room for 4 adult mentors and 5 students. The only thing that could have been better was the weather because we wanted to relax on the patio in the back yard after competition. If we are back next year for this competition we will definitely be trying to book this again.

Boston Marathon Home Base

A six person road trip for the Boston Marathon. Close to the start line of the race, and cheaper than a getting hotel rooms downtown. Full kitchen meant we were not relying on restaurants. Clean, and lots of space

Nice Pad!

We were very happy with our stay! Super cozy and homey. My bedroom had very comfortable bed and a nice guitar to strum if you've got the skills to jam. Great time overall and the coffee maker was a nice touch too. We'll come again next year.
