About this space
Discover the very best of the Sonoran Desert from the comfort & convenience of this upgraded private getaway! Step outside to relax poolside, enjoy a round of golf at Augusta Ranch Golf Club, or hike the incredible butte rock formations of Usery Mountain Regional Park. Experience the Air Force Museum, Mesa Arts Center, Tonto National Forest, or all that Downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. The perfect place for family & friends, you will love this luxe desert oasis in Mesa!

The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private four-bedroom pool home features an open floor plan with modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and living room with 70" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, walk-in closet, and 50" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 70" Smart TV, covered patio, outdoor lounge furniture, private pool, beautiful surrounding palm trees, laundry room, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

- BBQ Grill: Not available for guest use.

- The pool lights are currently not operational.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well, excluding the BBQ, firepit, and garage. Out of town family

Great location easy access

House was clean and beds comfortable. Bare mininum but enough. House is roomy and pool area would be great for summer visits.

Spacious and clean

Lots of room for the 5 of us. Disappointed that the pool was too cold to use. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice place

The house had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful, and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, and restaurants. The only thing I will say, and it didn't impact our stay at all, but the carpet needs to be replaced. Would definitely stay again.

Luxe poolside

My overall impression was we were pleased with cleanliness of the home with the exception of the carpeting ! Large black areas in front of love seat and hallway heading to bedrooms! Also the toilet seat in the front bedroom was ripped. These two items should definitly have been taken care of prior to our arrival .

Great location

The house was great, and they were quick to answer any questions. Just be aware before you book that there are absolutely no refunds for cancelling at any time. We didn’t want to cancel, but we wanted to leave a day early because our soccer tournament ended earlier than we initially thought. We let them know two weeks in advance, but they still wouldn’t refund our money for that one day. As stated, the house was great, but just beware of the cancellation policy. I’ve never stayed anywhere where there was a strict no cancellation policy for anything at anytime.

Deceptive

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and beautiful on the outside. This VRBO was listed as having a grill, fire pit and fireplace. However, when we received the house manual, we were prohibited from using the fireplace, the fire pit and also the garage. The grill required that we get our own propane and also found there were no connections to hook up a propane tank. We were also asked not to wear shoes on the carpets and our socks/feet became filthy from the dirty rugs. There were also many other less than optimal things, but I will stop with these. wep were prohibied

We do mention in the house manual that the fire pit, fireplace, and garage aren’t available, but you’re totally right, that should’ve been made clearer up front. We’re already working on tweaking the listing so it’s more straightforward for future guests. Thanks for pointing out the grill situation too. We’re gonna have our team check it out to make sure it’s good to go and easy to use. And we’ve also passed your carpet feedback along to our cleaning crew so they can stay on top of that. “Poolside Oasis in Mesa” THIS IS NOT

We arrived on Thursday 4 o’clock. It was an oven in the house. We had to leave until their air conditioning was repaired, we did not get in until after 10 PM on our first night. Our first night there, we had to plunge toilets and the bed in our guest room collapsed during the middle of the night. Missing bolts. We informed management and repairs were never made. My sister and her husband pretty much slept on the floor the next 3 nights. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we had to unclog the kitchen sink and continued flushing toilets several time to get it to flush completely. Mattresses in two rooms are thin and uncomfortable. I believe there are some serious plumbing issues. Bed frame was never repaired! The house has potential, but I would absolutely stay away from this one until all repairs are done. Owners were very apologetic, but a 10% refund was insufficient and insulting. “A MESA OASIS” THIS IS NOT
