The house was very nice and a good location. Nice porches. Our only issue was the hot tub. Couldn't turn the keys on without the fountain jets which splashed in you face.

Property is exactly as advertised. Such a beautiful home and perfect location for sight seeing and antique shopping. There is a sitting room just off the living room. When home, we spent most of our time in there. It is just so cozy !!! Excellent communication and assistance from owner and staff. Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

60th Anniversary Celebration

This house was perfect! My parents are in their 80s and the house was perfect.The main level had everything. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Very accommodating home, loved the decor and very convenient to downtown. Highly recommend!

Clean and Close to Town

This property is lovely decorated, clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch. The property is a corner lot next to a busy street so expect some road traffic noise, but nothing a good pair of earplugs won't fix. It is several blocks from town but an easy walk. The hosts were communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Color Tour

Amazing house, everything you could ask for and then some! We rode the Blue Ridge Train, went to the local Apple Orchards, and even took on a play at the Blue Ridge Theatre. We enjoyed it all. We highly recommend this place!

Miaā€™s Cottage

Spent a beautiful Fall week at Miaā€™s Cottage with friends and family. We all four found Miaā€™s Cottage to be very clean & comfortable. Like others we too enjoyed all the creative art work throughout the home. Cottage is right in town, only a few blocks to shops & restaurants and short drive to Mericer orchards to pick apples. If you enjoy wine, you will not be disappointed in the number of stunning mountain wineries all around. Look forward to visiting the area again in the future and hope Miaā€™s Cottage will be available for us to stay.

Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean home in walking distance to restaurants and coffee.

We enjoyed the very clean, comfortable and high end art filled home for two lovely nights. The swim tub took awhile to warm up as the circuit breaker needed to be reset after a power outage tripped the circuit. This circuit breaker was next to the swim tub and was easily addressed after consulting with the owner.

Sisters, brother in law and cousinā€™s quick trip to Blue Ridge

Beautiful house and short walk to town in cool weather. Huge hot tub that we didnā€™t use, but looked great. Ground floor living area had lots of seating and was very comfortable - those of us who stayed up there were very satisfied with beds and baths. Downstairs bedroom is great with a window which made it feel like part of the house yet wonderfully private. Also had a large bathroom that had plenty of shelf space, a beautiful living area and bar!

Train Ride

This place is Gorgeous only down if all we had on our stay is the hot tub does not work. It would not get hot. Other than that beautiful home. Nice location close to town. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Better than 5 stars

This house is perfection! The rooms are spacious and the home was very clean. The dƩcor is eclectic, fun and interesting. The kitchen was well appointed, outdoor spaces were nice and we loved the GIANT hot tub. The location is also great for visiting downtown, very walkable. (it was very hot while we were there so we did drive some) This house was a great fit for our group of 6 college friends celebrating 30 years of friendship. My only suggestion would be a number to text while on-site if issues arise, just for a quicker response and the home could use a few more towels and washcloths. Overall a 5+ star experience!

Amazing location and home!!!

The second you walk into the home you feel a sense of relaxation! Itā€™s beautifully decorated, there are multiple outdoor porches to enjoy, a huge hot tub and plenty of room to relax inside the home. The home is located walking distance from downtown Blue Ridge, and just a quick drive to Mercier Orchard and Bear Claw winery. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to stay in this home again!
