Great communication with the host, plenty of room for us in the home, the kids loved the game room. It’s a beautifully renovated home and great location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was no set of coffee mugs and the pillows were very worn

Spacious and clean!

Great for families or friend groups, clean house with lots of space to settle into and a very short walk from a great lake lookout point!

A Pleasant Home for the Holidays

Holiday Gathering

This space was perfect to gather together with family. Separate bedroom layout worked well for adults & children. Game room was a hit & the extra care taken to provide Holiday decor made it truly feel homey & warm.

Our lakehouse stay was great!

This house was perfect for our family! We really enjoyed the beautiful lake that we would walk to. The house was well stocked and very comfortable with a great layout. The communication with the host was amazing too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely book again if in the area!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house. It was perfect. This was a great place to stay for family weekend at UNT. Close enough to campus, but also close enough to Dallas to see a dinner show. Our daughter came and stayed with us at the house and our son flew into Dallas. Plenty of beds and loved how spacious the bathrooms and showers were. Will definitely come back to stay while she is still in school. Thanks again for everything including rescheduling. We missed official family weekend on campus due to daughter got sick, but made our own thanks to you allowing us to reschedule. It was great having the family together in such a welcoming home.

Property management is terrible

We did not get to stay at the property because we were never sent check in instructions or codes and could not reach the host/property management team. Vrbo was fantastic in refunding our stay immediately and helping us find a hotel to book. We have never had such a terrible experience renting a vrbo but are thankful to the vrbo staff for helping us find new accommodations.

We’ve set up for check in instruction through VRBO but system messed it up and didn’t send the instruction. Per our explanation VRBO shows your Identification has red flag so system can’t send it. We’re apologize for any In convenience.

Great Home!!!

My overall experience was very good and i will be returning. The only negative was that the photos were not up to date and showed items that were no longer there. Other than that it is a great location about 2 blocks from the water. Loved it.

It was perfect. There were a few items that you could get that would help stock the home. Wine opener, salt and pepper (i donated mine), sharp knives, Other than that, I give it a 10

This property is awesome! It has a great layout and is clean and spacious. We had a little trouble checking in as our code didn't work until changed but that was remedied quickly. The hostess was accommodating when we ran into an issue and made it right. My 2 year old could navigate the stairs fine and there was an awesome gameroom for the kids. It got warm one night and they fixed the a/c the next day along with a note to keep the thermostat above a certain temperature since it is so hot outside. It seemed there was a limitation on the thermostat control. When that was fixed, it became more comfortable. The house was a great fit for my family. The kids enjoyed the bunkbeds.

A good weekend location

The property isn’t far from the interstate highway and has easy access. The overall feel was great. The hosts had snacks on the table and cold bottled water in the refrigerator. This was a great plus after driving for more than five hours and not having to immediately leave to find food was amazing. The view of the lake was as expected from Google maps. The house itself was updated throughout and very clean. The check in and check out procedures were easily followed and very timely. The hosts provided all necessary door access promptly and even a little early. I have no doubt if we had a problem they would respond quickly. Thankfully, we did not have any issues. The bathrooms were fully stocked with numerous towels and wash cloths. The only very slight draw back was the noise from the freeway/airplanes. But this is something the hosts cannot fix. It is merely a fact of life when staying overnight in a large city. All in all, it was a great stay.

A nice location and a great layout. It’s a short walk to a grassy area by the lake and super short drive to a larger lake park. We enjoyed the space and there were lots of helpful instructions to make the stay great. Would definitely visit again if we can.
