A wall-mounted TV offers an alternative diversion while you are waiting for your night out on the town. You will also find extra towels and an area for storing luggage during your arrival or departure. A lovely, small powder room is located at the base of the stairs for your comfort and convenience.

There is street parking only. You may park on the street in spaces not marked as residential. There are several non-residential spaces in the surrounding area, and also a pay lot less than 2 blocks away, but you can usually find something on the street.
