This charming cozy cottage has a private hot tub, deck for fishing.

This two bedroom one bath unit sits on a small fishing pond with its own private deck. Convenient to shopping and restaurants is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Called the Cozy cottage for a reason. Even though it is attached to the office, this unit has many repeat guests who like the view from the porch with a large 6 person hot tub, overlooking the private deck and pond. This is a pet friendly home but does limit the pets to a max of two, or one large dog. The charge is per pet per night.

recreation: Our recreation areas offer swimming, tennis, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, covered picnic shelter with grills and play area for the little ones.

For a fishing trip you won't forget, try striper fishing. The Fall creek public access area provides boat launch and picnic facilities 2 minutes from the resort. Conely Bottom Marina is only 3 miles away for a full boat launch, boat rentals, fuel and supplies.

Lake Cumberland may be the big draw, but for those into hiking, Cumberland falls is about 45 minutes away with organized trails as well as the famous moon bow.
The scenery alone is worth the drive.

Mill Spring grist-mill-Historic Civil War park & gift shop 6 minutes away.
Monticello groceries and shopping and flea market-10 minutes. Many other attractions and activities within an hours drive, to many to mention. White water rafting, train rides through an old coal mine, Cumberland falls to mention a few.
