It was doubled booked with other renters showing up. It was uncomfortable and scary when they walked in. We had arrived an hour early and the house had not been cleaned at all. Filthy. The hot tub does not work. Many other problems. We will never rent from VRBO again.

Regarding the double-booking, this was a technical synchronization error between the booking platforms that was unfortunately outside of our direct control. We apologize on behalf of the systems involved for the stress this caused. To clarify a few points regarding your stay: • Cleanliness & Early Arrival: Our team follows a strict cleaning schedule to ensure the home is pristine for the official check-in time. Because you arrived an hour early, the cleaning crew was still in the process of preparing the home. We cannot guarantee a clean home before the designated check-in time.we also offered free cancellation. • Maintenance: We regret that the hot tub and other issues were not communicated to us during your stay. We pride ourselves on being responsive and would have sent maintenance immediately to address the hot tub or any other concerns had we been notified. We take all feedback seriously and are working with the platforms to ensure technical errors like this do not happen again. We wish you better travels in the future.

Plenty of room

This house has lots of sleeping space, a nice living room with a big tv, and a large dining table for cars and other games. There is also a hot tub and firepit that I wish we could have used, but it was too cold outside for our old bodies.

This house is in a great, safe location to access the Delta. It has an amazing kitchen perfect for family style meals. Downstairs was clean and cool. There were plenty of bedrooms for you and your friends upstairs, but the carpet is very dirty and stained and probably needs a deep professional cleaning or replacement. The hot tub could have fit all of us weather permitting , however the water was dingy and it could use a drain and clean. Our secondary shower bath was damage prior to our arrival and had to be repaired during our stay. That resulted in our group enduring the strong smell of epoxy and only being able to use one shower after all day at the Delta.

Wedding family housing

We got to the house checking was really easy and fast we were able to get right into the house and go to our rooms after the wedding rehearsal the only issues we had with the place was 1 of the fridge in the garage was dirty the tile behind the stove was falling it was just sticky on there and most of it was falling in the center house said it had a pull out couch and it was broken so it wasn’t useable but the place was clean for the most part and the beds are not comfortable and really noise every time you move the bed made noises but all in all decent place to stay

Convenient location but needs a deep clean/TLC

This house is large and relatively updated in terms of finishes/fixtures but is major need a deep cleaning. Honestly, carpet needs to be replaced. Not sure what the smell issue was, but they had horrible plug in air freshners in multiple rooms which was not good for allergies. Beds were also very uncomfortable and in general too much furniture in rooms. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one.

Location

House was clean, air conditioner did not work properly 😑 The owners brother walked in the house tondo yard work, no communication that he was coming, very uncomfortable, All the beds very uncomfortable and mattress stains no mattress protecter, charging for grocery items very weird 😐 I had to email owner to ask how to get into house. We will not stay again!!!

Hi Michelle, thanks for the feedback. I really take all feedbacks serious to improve our service.It could have been better, if I knew about your concerns during your stay so we could have them fixed.The next guest told me about AC issue, and we immediately got that fixed in less than 24 hours. Since the house is fully booked, we can not be able to do the maintenance like yard, hottub, pest control etc. when we do not have guests.they sometimes have to be done when we have guests.I already apologized about not informing you in advance.and I apologize again now.i never had any feedback about uncomfortable beds . I will check them all. meanwhile, i added mattress protector to each mattress. it seems like fitted sheet, flat sheet may not be good enough for some guests. i am also changing all the pillows.i am also going to review check in instructions if anything is missing. grocery items are for guests convenience like hotel’s minibar. Coffee, tea , water, spices and condiments are free.
