We were in the middle of heatwave during your stay and we prefer the water at normal temperatures during that time. But we're definitely warming it up for when winter comes. To clarify, the pool does require regular maintenance, especially after previous guests, to ensure it’s in the best condition possible. Without this, we would have complaints from other guests about water quality. It's a delicate balance, but we always aim to do what’s best for our current guests. Our team responded promptly to your concerns, arriving within minutes to address the situation, and we did our best to accommodate your requests throughout your stay. It’s also worth mentioning that you confirmed with our staff in person that everything was perfect after we mitigated the issues. We felt the request for money after that confirmation was a bit unfair, given our efforts to ensure your experience was up to par. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve where possible to ensure future guests have the best experience possible.

Hi Marla! Thank you so much for the 5 star rating despite the trouble you went through we really appreciate it. We are very sorry for the power outage. This was our first outage and it was unfortunate that it had to occur during your stay. We are in the process getting a generator as a result of this. As a solution, we offered to book and pay for 3 rooms at a nearby casino resort as well as having our manager check on you multiples times to ensure everything was comfortable for your group. Regarding the pool features, they are designed to turn off automatically as a safety measure to prevent the pump from burning out. We explained this several times during your stay, and this system has worked seamlessly with other guests. That said, I understand it may have been frustrating to reactivate the features, and we appreciate your patience with this. As for the loungers, thank you for your suggestion! We’ll certainly consider adding cushions for extra comfort. I’m happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your time, and we appreciate your input to help us continue improving our guest experience.
