Short walk to downtown shops, Resteraunt’s, meadery and more. Also great for travelers that wish to go to Watson lake, lynx lake or even a road trip further up north like cottonwood, Jerome, flagstaff and Sedona!

Access is for the entire home.

We love being walking distance to downtown Prescott and whiskey row, whether a business trip, couples, family or even a bachelorette trip we are a great place to book for your stay!

We loved our stay! Great location... we pretty much parked the car and walked everywhere. The home was adorable and clean and my pups felt at home too. Great host that answered all questions prior and provided great recommendations to restaurants that we tried. If you bring your dog, you must go to The Barley Hound Restaurant. Great food and very pet-friendly.

Another FLAWLESS stay!

We feel at home at this home in downtown Prescott. Jodi is a dream to work with. The home is perfect for a family or two couples. Super close to downtown Prescott and other Prescott amenities like hiking and mountain biking. You will absolutely enjoy your stay and experience at Jodi’s Prescott home.

Amazing stay In Prescott, AZ

What a great place to stay while visiting Prescott, AZ. The location was an easy 15 minute walk from whiskey row and all the downtown Prescott vibes. The neighborhood around the house are so fun to walk through. The house inside is so fun and cute. A definite repeat stay for my family and I!

Peaceful stay in Prescott

Fantastic Family Getaway

This was such a great home. The decor and the accommodations were top notch . Short Walk to everything and anything you need! Jodi ( our host) was communicative and a pleasure to work with. We even extended our stay because we were having such a good time. Can’t wait to come back

Nice cottage in a convenient location to downtown

Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped. It's a small cottage, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The living room is a step up from the rest of the cottage. The location is quiet and close to downtown.

Best Girls Trip

41st bday girls trip was a success. This house is clean and had plenty of room. Location is close to everything. Great communication with Jodi was amazing. She is very friendly and works a really week on accommodating all needs!

Christmas in Prescott

This cottage was the perfect place for my family and I to spend Christmas. It was beautiful, spotless and the communication with the host was great. They took the time to make sure we had a tree for Christmas which meant a lot to us. I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable for my family of 4 and super close to downtown.

Prescott biking weekend

This contemporary remodeled home is located in a great area, very close to the courthouse square and whiskey row and all the restaurants and amenities that come with that area. It's a wonderful little home that offers sleeping options for our whole family and has nice fixtures and design elements. Well curated and stocked with all that you need to cook, clean and play.

Amazing cottage close to downtown

Jodi has done an amazing job decorating and updating this home. My daughters had a private area to play games and have their own area. We all walked to downtown in under 7 minutes for all of the shops and restaurants. We normally stay at the Hasayampa, but this will be our new location for all of our future visits to Prescott!!

This is my favorite VRBO property to date!

We LOVED this cottage! Completely renovated with much thought and heart put into the design and decor. It was comfortable, had all of the amenities we needed, was dog-friendly, and communication with the owner was effortless. Because we enjoyed Prescott and our amazing cottage, we ended up staying an additional night. The property owner was easy to contact and immediately accommodating on adding another day to our stay. We are already looking to schedule a future stay with friends, as we have been raving about this happy little cottage both before and after our stay. Thank you for making our trip to Prescott so memorable!

Cozy Hideaway with Plenty of Surprises!

This little spot certainly had its charm. The cute exterior and farm style vibes made for a memorable stay. And the surrounding area? Well, it definitely had character—plenty to take in! Our visit was filled with unexpected sounds, giving it that lively, 'always something happening' feel. The surrounding ongoing construction added a unique rhythm to our stay, offering a constant backdrop of hammering and machinery from morning to night. If you enjoy a bit of industrial ambiance with your relaxation, this is the perfect soundtrack! Nature lovers will be thrilled to meet some of the local residents—ants, spiders and a few other crawly friends made appearances, really bringing that 'outdoorsy' feel inside. All in all, it’s a place full of surprises, sounds, and activity. Definitely an experience we will never forget!
