Cycling and hiking activities can be started right outside the front door. Various restaurants and cafes, various shops as well as a general practitioner are within easy walking distance.

The high-quality furnished apartment 14 in the villa dune was rebuilt in 2019 and is located in the first row in the Baltic resort of Baabe. The Non smoking apartment is located in the 2nd Floor and is easily reached by elevator. With about 53 square meters of living space, it offers enough space for 2 to max. 3 persons + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. The entire apartment was tiled in a pleasant wood look and was provided with underfloor heating. The living area has a cozy corner couch (sleeping accommodation for the 3. Person 1,20m x 2,00m) and real wood furniture made of rosewood, a coffee table, a sideboard, a large Smart TV, a mini-stereo system with USB port. On an internet access (WLAN) you do not need to miss on vacation. This is included for you. Bookshelves and a desk complete the picture with board games and create a cozy atmosphere. The directly adjacent kitchen area is very versatile and modern equipped. Everything is here to make cooking fun while on holiday. A refrigerator with freezer, an induction cooker, an extractor fan, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine with thermos, Senseo pad machine, a mixer and other small kitchen utensils. The large wooden table with the comfortable leather chairs invites you not only for common meals, but also to enjoy the sea view. From here you reach the covered balcony (southeast). With a comfortable outdoor couch, matching dining table and a lounger and a parasol you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), comfortable mattresses, adjustable bed bases, bedside tables, a full length mirror, a coat rack and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom is rounded off by a Smart TV and blackout curtains for the floor to ceiling windows. The installation of a travel cot is unfortunately not possible here, only in the living area. From the entrance, which is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a walk-in chamber for suitcases can be used, which u. a. equipped with a clothes horse, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils and iron and ironing board. Right next to it - not far from the beautifully designed bathroom with walk-in rain shower, hair dryer, toilet and vanity - there is a sauna. So a spa day or evening can be inserted without having to leave the apartment or use the communal sauna in the house. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. Your brought bicycles can be included in the apartment's own cellar (# 14). In the basement of the house you have the opportunity to use a washer / dryer for a fee. A private parking space (number 36) is located directly at the house. The adjoining the parking lot 36 tree erupts at times. It is recommended to protect the car with the cover in the storage compartment until the problem is solved. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
