Our holiday apartment is located at the Essen city park in the immediate vicinity of the Philharmonie and the Aalto Theater, the Messe Essen is 3 underground stops away. The object is 38 square meters and has unobstructed park views in the 4th. OG. Non smoking. The subway station is about 200m away, Essen main station is about 1km away. Ideal for fair and theater visitors.
Our apartment has 1 living / bedroom with cable TV, Nespresso machine, radio-CD player and balcony access. The sofa can be folded down to the bed, size of the bed is then 1.89 m X 1.00 m

The apartment is located in the 4th Floor of a residential building. Elevator is available, the access is at ground level, but unfortunately not handicapped accessible, since both the elevator and the bathroom is not sufficiently wide.
Paid parking nearby, free parking limited.
The apartment and the balcony are east-facing, balcony furniture is available.
